So far so good

This little thing is great we got the big refill bittle of softsoap antibacterial liquid to put in it. It’s been going on 2 weeks now still works everytime, it has a rubber seal on the bottom where the batteries go you must make sure that doesn’t fall out so nothing can leak in there. So far nothing has leaked or gotten clogged it dispenses soap every time. If you want more to cone out you have to press the power button off and then back on. *update* May 2022 still working fine haven't had to change any batteries yet. .

Not reliable to dispense soap if it even works over time..

I ordered this soap dispenser, after a couple of weeks it stopped dispensing soap. I went through the replacement process figuring this item was just a bad one. The replacement soap dispenser is not much better, after a couple of days it started to not dispense soap on the first motion it detects, so you have to put your hand under it twice to dispense soap. And you have to take your hand out from under it and wait for the light to go out before it will detect your hand and dispense soap the second time. Also I have a silicon cleaner, kind of a sponge but made of silicon for non-stick pans, and the device will not dispense if I put this under it. I have to put my hand under it to activate the dispenser, again twice, and then quickly put the silicon cleaner under it, the second time to catch the soap. I would not order this again and am actually thinking of ordering something else although I'm not sure if I want to spend the money on another soap dispenser right now.

Worked great for 3 months.

The dispenser worked great for 3 months. Then I thought it was dead batteries, but after replacing the batteries it still didn't work. The motion light comes in but no soap comes out.

Works on a gamble

I bought 5 of these thinking it was a bargain price. At the current time, 2 of them seem to work well. I don't know if that situation will last. The other 3 sometimes work and sometimes don't work. You can put your hands under them over and over again and get nothing or finally get soap. The next day you put your hands under them and get soap right away. I wish I had read the other reviews before buying them. I may return the ones I bought from Amazon before the 30 day limit. Right now I have the 3 that sometimes don't work set up side by side. When I want soap I put my hand under one, then another and finally the third one. Usually one of them gives me soap, and it can be from any one of them since they all do work ----- sometimes. The other two of the 5 I bought as I said work every time I use them. No idea if they will continue to work. So if you buy one of these, you are gambling.

Great but one complaint

I Bought two and i was going to cancel them because of the other reviews but when they arived they looked nice and they really do work they are both great my biggest complaint is that it pumps a little but too much soap but its not that serious

Good soap despenser, but...

Everything is fine except one big thing, it gives not enough soap like other do. I should to hold my hands for several times to get enough soap to wash. Its like for kids and even not.

Bad product

We purchased this item to replace a different brand we had before that died. We liked the fact that you can see how much soap was left in the unit. That is the only thing good about it. It is very light weight and cheap. The unit does not keep soap up to the top 9or primed) so you have to put your hand under it twice or some times 3 times to get any saop out of it. Then it vareys with the amount of soap you get no matter where you have it set for the amount dispenced. We would not buy it again. Not happy with unit at all.
