Enjoying the massage!

Well it doesn’t take rocket science (Thank Goodness) to use this massager. That being said, I would have given it Five Stars had it not been for the instructions missing pages 5-13. Those pages just so happen to be the Instructions in English! Nice product! Does what it says and provides a relaxing massage to the neck and shoulders.

THE ONLY SHIATSU MASSAGER WORTH BUYING

I bought one massager right before covid for $50 and it lasted 3 years.. then to replace it, I bought a dozen different models of this massager.. none lasted me more than 3 months working on shoulders from computer work all day. this massager is tuff! hasn't even slowed down or shown any signs of breakdown and I put the real work into it!!!! I love you amazon!

It’s too heavy

This is a heavy device which makes it awkward to use. You must be in a strategic position with your seat back and pillows to hold it in place.

WORKS EXTREMLY WELL FOR DEEP TISSUE

I am extremely pleased with the product. It relieves me of the deep upper back, neck, and shoulder pain I may have. And it keeps going and going and going, which I love. I know it may not be recommended to go over an hour, but it does, and even longer periods.

Has a flap that prevents it from hitting all areas

I wish I’d returned this. They added a flap (ironically I bet the idea for this was ‘comfort’) that comes down and makes it hard to hit as many areas of your neck and back. The previous version was great. This version is weird, don’t bother.

It will hurt you

This hurt my neck so bad. I had to see a doctor. Don’t take any chance don’t buy it. There other product that are way better. And on top they refuse to refund me after a single day of trying it. This is inacceptable

This one was not comfortable using. It’s bulky and awkward. Don’t care for it at all.
