Works well if you have stiff or sore back

I have stiffness in my lower back which makes putting socks on difficult. This sock slider makes it easy to put on your socks without too much difficulty. Also works well if you wear knee braces which slide on your leg and are pulled up over your knee. I think a long handled shoe horn works better than using the shoe slider handle for putting on your shoes. Overall it works.

best used with a large size socks

I like it problem is I can't find the right size of XL socks to fit.

Works good.

I only use the holder to put on socks. It makes it handy to add foot powder and my feet slide right in. Very sturdy.

Not Sturdy

Is not sturdy, the Sock off feature bends and digs into the lower ankle, when trying to streach the sock over the tube had difficulty in streching it on. Very unhappy with this product

Small short socks do not work

I bought this a couple of years ago and then luckily did not have to use it. Now I have to for a while. Smaller short socks do not work. I used it with some older short ankle socks and it worked ok. But, I tried some very new short ankle socks with good elastic and they would fly off as soon as I let go of them on the slider. I was surprised when I opened it as to how big it was. It measures 5 inches sideways and 3 inches up and down.

very easy to use

My husband has a stroke and finds it very hard to put socks on. Bought this and he loves it. Gave him some of his independence back! We did find that it does over stretch your socks, will have to buy him more so that they do not fall down around his ankles, but I don't care, he can now do this on his own and it makes him feel better doing it. Nice product. So far no issues, he has been using it for over a week now. Still have not tried it with dress sock, so may have to update this later.

Easy to use

I got it for my elderly mother who cannot bend very well. She learned to use it easily and uses it often. Before she got this, she would leave the house with no socks in the winter in Canada if nobody was there to put her socks on.
