So nice somebody stole it

I really liked this hat. I bought it for my Bahamian cruise. Somebody stole it while I was in the mega pool! I had to buy another hat poolside. I paid $35 for it, and it was a crumpled old piece of almost paper with terrible brim wire. I never wear hats, but I’m tempted to reorder this one just in case. I had stuffed it in my suitcase and it looked great.

Perfect hat for travel

If you're looking for a hat that travels well, this is it. When it wasn't on my head it was packed flat in my back as I trotted through Europe. The only downside is that because of the light color and cotton, it not only absorbed all my sweat but showed it too. So now it's got yellow stains. I'm thinking a soak in hot water with enzymatic soap will break down the sweat and clean it.

Topped even my favorite hat!

My favorite hat was the smaller brimmed version of this. Love the additional protection this wider brim gives me. The best part of this hat is it keeps me so much cooler than other hats. Thinks it’s because of the open pattern at top. I have several San Diego Hats Company hats but this is my favorite. Also great for traveling because they fluff back to shape after being packed!

This hat fits is very comfortable! You can wash it and it packs flat! The perfect hat that you can take with you anywhere!!

Perfect!

Finally found a sun hat that fits! I have a small head and find most hats I try are too big, and resort to children's sizes. Since it is “ crocheted” in a durable material, it WILL comfortably fit different sizes. Lightweight wire around the brim also allows for some shaping if desired. Was concerned it might be too “heavy and warm” in our hot Alberta sun, but have used it for two days now, find it very “airy” and the wide brim does it’s job blocking the sun! Very pleased with this product.
