Poor quality control
This bag is beautiful, I love the smooth leather, the size, and the style. Unfortunately, the one I received was not produced properly. The wing on the sides are uneven. The left one is shorter. I tried extending it to see if it were just pushed in due to packaging, but it won't extend evenly. Additionally, it squeaks when you carry it on the handle, it's quite annoying which makes it unusable. I returned it.

Love love love!
I hadn't heard about zac posen, so before my birthday I did my research and found videos on YouTube (the whole 9). My boyfriend got it for me as a bday gift and I am completely in love. It is very versatile and trendy, the perfect amount of space. Love that it can be a backpack, a cross body or just use with the short strap. We also got it when Amazon had a price reduction, I had my boyfriend jump on it, the sale made it that made it that much sweeter.

Not sure this is leather.
Cute bag and really cute design but does not feel like leather, feels cheap. Would have paid more for better material (leather). I returned.

Poor design
I loved the style of this bag however the design was poor. The bag should have zipper closure if it can be worn as a backpack. Contents of my bag fell out when I tried to wear it as a backpack. I returned this item.

Return and order it again
The style of the bag is excellent. However, metal parts of the bag have significant wear and tear. I return it and purchase it again. Hopefully, the new one will have no problems. Thanks.
