Fits as expected, plenty of pockets (none zippered, though.)

I'm 5'6" and just under 150lbs. In pants, I fit somewhere between a size 10 and 12 (US). I bought the black pants in a size Large, and I'd say it's true to size as it's a bit big around the waist and a tiny bit long (which I prefer over too short!), but I'm fairly certain the Medium would be too small for me (which is in sync with the size guide.) I find them comfortable, and so far they've held up to about three hot-water machine washes without fading or distorting. Just FYI: There are hot pink accents on the black pants, which I didn't see in the advertised photos. I bought these for volunteering at an animal shelter. I needed something for my phone, cat treats, dog treats, gloves, poop bags, etc. The multiple pockets are handy for this. I wish there was a zippered, deep pocket for my phone, but so far, it's sat in the top (unzippered) pockets without falling out. (And at a shelter, you're always moving, bending, etc.) These DO gather animal fur and lint up quickly, so be aware. I used to be a paramedic, as well, and these pants seem like they'd be good for healthcare. I could easily stuff multiple emergency items in these, though like I said above, a zippered pocket or two would be nice for extra security of personal or important items. If you need to carry more than a couple things, these beat out traditional scrub bottoms by a long shot.

Extra pocket WonderWink pants

I always like a good pair of WonderWink scrub pants! These have an extra set of pockets in the front. The entire pant leg is baggy, not just the bottom. That's a bit different than the style I usually buy.

Almost 5 star

I really like these and they would have gotten 5 stars except for the HOT PINK on them. I wanted solid black and don’t like the pink because it really stands out. Also, the short is longer than what I would expect. They are very comfortable, I just wish they didn’t have the pink on them :(

Runs Large and very long (can hem)

Not bad but reviews sounded like I had to size UP. Might return and get a SMALL. Material feels nice and not noisy like parachute/back pack material can be. Nice pockets. Waist elastic feels good enough to hold up pants without the drawstring (I prefer zipper fly)

NICE Quality & Fit

I wasn't expecting much at this price-point, but was VERY pleasantly surprised! Not only is the fabric a cotton blend (a must), they fit SO comfortably, are stylish, nice elastic waistband, and the legs are more of a straight-leg/flare, as opposed to a bell-bottom look like some Cherokee scrubs have.

Size Small fits perfect for 5'8" 130 lbs

Check out the sizing chart before ordering. Small in sizing chart says 4-6. I'm 5'8" 130 lbs, small fits perfect. I personally don't like high rise. These pants are somewhat between low-rise and mid-rise, which I really like.

I love these

Just started a new job working at a hospital. Trying to find pants that fit me has been difficult and tried several different brands/sizes. I go between 14 and 16 in pants depending on the make and I'm losing weight. These are the ones that were AWESOME!!! They fit the best and still have a bit of room. Easy to move around (including bending and squatting), didn't get too hot and stored everything I needed in the pockets. Plus they stayed up all day because there is both elastic waist and a drawstring. I am 5'5 and 230 lbs, reading other reviews I went with the petite length and glad I did as they came over my sneakers/runners. I went and ordered 2 more pairs!!.

Good material and great fitting

I bought three pairs in different colour on this scrub pants and they are all good! Got it in small sizes ( I am 5ft 2 in tall) and it fits just right including the length. The material is comfortable and lots of pockets. The style is nice too. Will recommend this and will buy more pairs in different colour :)

From a hard to please pants reviewer

When it comes to pants , I am hard to please , packed on a few pounds and didn’t expect much from these , figured I would return if it didn’t work out … I have to say ,, if you are tall , have wider assets and looking for comfy scrub pants , I do recommend these! They are nice and long and the derrière is not baggy , overall good fit , worth the purchase … Thank you Wonderwink for a decent product , I also do like and recommend the 4 way stretch scrub tops ….

They need to fit in the Waist.

These pants fit wonderfully with the one exception; the waist could have been a bit larger than it is. The leg length was great and the seat as well. I ordered a XS because they didn't offer the color I wanted in the size I ask for. The fabric is wonderful and comfortable to wear. Thank You.

Nice Fit

Sometimes these charts aren’t quite right. I ended up with small petite, just right. I don’t need to hem the pants for once. Used to be a nurse and scrubs were the best. Retired now and still like to wear these for everyday runabouts.
