Arrived Bashed in but still a keeper
It arrived, so it wasn’t lost, after all. I use this pan for my stainless steel sink. I don’t have a double sink, so I use it as a dish pan inside the sink. Since it arrived a bit bashed in, the bashing in created a few more millimeters of space for rinsing dishes, and I’m actually happy about that. So thank you to the shippers for being careless (in this instance) and bashing in my new dishpan. The color is a perfect match.

I've had several plastic tubs crack so I decided to try this for foot baths. It's durable, cleans great and works great.

Right size for a no-plastic dishpan, but is lacking in quality and features
Trying to move away from buying plastic products. Used as a dish pan in a standard kitchen sink. Edges are a little too sharp for comfortable handling. Pan is thinner than same product from Vollrath. Has a couple small micro divots that are beginning to show rust stains within a few months of purchase. Has been constantly in use since arrival. Much more acceptable for occasional use. Purchased this one because a returned item from Amazon Warehouse was one fourth the cost of a purpose-built stainless steel dishpan. If you have the cash to spare, get either a high quality made-in-USA Vollrath Superpan of the same size, or spring for a stainless dishpan, which are currently selling for sixty dollars. That's too expensive for my blood, but it would probably be nicer to use.

But too deep to fit my chafer...
I tried to be very careful when purchasing this size pan but couldn't exactly determine whether it would be too deep for the chafer I'd ordered at the same time. Just couldn't locate the pan depth measurement on the chafer spec's page. Well, turns out this is about 2 inches too deep for the chafer when it arrived. Despite the fact that these pans are of excellent quality, I guess I'll have to return them unless/until I can find a chafer they'd fit into. That said, for our entertainment needs (parties to 20 people max) these pans are probably too deep, according to the chef (my wife). I had the foresight to order the 4 inch pans at the same time and they look exactly right, with nice capacity. Even the standard 2.5 inch deep pans should be more adequate for smaller groups than I originally thought. If you know these will fit your chafer, buy with full confidence. Excellent quality. Just be very careful to be sure yours don't arrive damaged. One of ours arrived with a bent corner that would be unsightly if repaired.

Food scrap/Compost container
We use this as our kitchen food scrap container for compost. It fits perfectly under the counter in a cabinet. We were using plastic bins but those only last so long, anywhere from months to usually a year before they get too filthy to clean. And the plastic bins eventually crack. This container is perfect. Easy to clean, sturdy, a good depth. I purchased the lid separately.
