Great value!

It cost way less than Home Depot and looks very nice in my kitchen. I cannot post a photo as I swapped out the lamp shade glass with my old set and a beefier set of chain. Perfect!

Not oil rubbed bronze

Item is flat black. Looks good but doesn’t match my other oiled bronze fixtures

Would have given 5 stars if it were ORB, rather than flat black

The description says ORB. The box says ORB. The product is flat black. If you are set on ORB, this is not the product you want to order, as there is absolutely no ORB on this light. It is FLAT BLACK period.

I love this design. Very classy.

This chandelier is perfect for over my island. I am in love with this design and the size was perfect. We removed some chain links to make it higher. (The last photo shows the original chain length). I would recommend this product.

Westinghouse CS Terrible

Do not count on Westinghouse customer service. We purchased this light prior to closing on our new home; the closing was delayed making the Amazon return window invalid. We contacted Westinghouse, because the product had a smashed shade. All we wanted-needed was a replacement shade. Regardless of their greeting indicating we’d get a response within 24 (businesses hours) it was over 8 days. You can not speak with a person. They apparently use email only for their lighting department. They cannot replace parts. We purchased other Westinghouse products for our new home; the remain products, in our save for later cart, have been now been deleted. We called Amazon, and they are replacing the entire fixture.

Looks fantastic and best value

Looked into so many lights we could place over our pool table and the prices were very high. This fixture works perfect and looks quite classy. Would recommend not only for over the pool table, but any other application.

Darker than the box photo

I love the look and the quality seems fine however it is such a dark colour it basically appears black. For the great price I am keeping it but had I viewed it in a store I likely would not have purchased it as I was wanting the brown of oil rubbed bronze.

Broken globes

When we opened the box today there were two globes broken. I have a electrician here putting them up for me. Do I have to send back the whole light fixture or can I put it up and get two globes sent to me. I am sending a picture of the broken globes. I love the light fixture but is no good without the globes
