Customer Service is THE BEST.

I bought this as a replacement for a different shower head I currently have. The pressure is great, easy to switch settings. Everything that it’s supposed to be! The difference is the Customer Service from WaterPik. I emailed from their direct website with a question, fully expecting them to not respond. Not only did I get a very quick response, I also got the link to this shower head from them.

Needs a setting to spray through all holes

Nice and easy to install: tape not needed, plumber's putty not needed, tools not needed. Use your hands only !! My only complaint is that there should be a setting where water sprays from all holes. The "massages" setting is not useful for me: I like my showers more like a deluge. I'd give a 5 stars if it had such setting. Well, 5-stars for the price, and it looks good.

Update: Leaking Pivot ball connection

My old Waterpik wand worked okay but thought I’d get an updated version. Big mistake. The new pivot ball connection does not work properly. It leaks, spouting water everywhere no matter what I do. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps MULTIPLE times to no avail. Finally I put the old connection on with the new wand and no leaks. I called John with Waterpik Service who wanted pictures for some reason. Forwarded him a copy of my Amazon invoice with product info since he said just giving him the product number wasn’t good enough. He says he can’t open it. Have now sent pics of Proof of Purchase. Haven’t heard back. We’ll see. Bottom line is the connector leaks and SPOUTS water everywhere from the swivel ball. Update; Today I received the new connection sent by John, Waterpik Service, and this one does not have a pivot ball thank goodness. I installed it immediately and no leaks so far. The new shower head looks nice and now works without leaking. It doesn’t seem to be as forceful as my old one unfortunately. I may end up putting my old one back on.

Great shower pressure.

Looks great works great. Bathroom didnt have the greatest pressure, now it does. Just a note, take a look at the base, it connects to the overhead shower, I dont have that, newer showers mostly have the only the hand held shower coming out of one connection at the mixer, so I had to buy a base and a new hose since the hose it brings is just slightly wider at the connection and wouldn't fit into a standadard size base. I highly recommend, just make sure you get everything you need to avoid trips to the hardware store.
