Cheaply made
It’s plastic, the hose is plastic. I’ve always had water pik showerheads and this has been the worst.

Best Shower Ever!!
This shower is the best I have ever had. The push button switches between the regular shower and the handheld shower and even both together. It's so easy to use. The massage is AMAZING too. I've been using it on my stiff neck and shoulder and it really helps with muscle soreness. I also love the handheld shower options because it's so easy to use for showering and also rinsing down the walls afterward. It was so easy to install and wasn't intimidating at all. Totally worth it!

Good value Showerhead
This is a really good value for the price. Simple to install and unlike many other handhelds I've had the hose hangs nicely and is not all kinked out of the box. This showerhead has good pressure and a lot of spray options, also the button for the diverter is super easy to use. Highly recommended.

Great features for a 2-in-1
If you've ever only used a single shower head, then you will fall in love immediately when you use a 2-in-1. The handheld has 7 different spray modes, and the massage mode works wonders on your back and shoulders. I have problems with sleeping, and I'll wake up with tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. So, I'll set the water to as hot as I can stand it and turn on the massage spray mode, letting it do the work and relieve the tension. When shaving, it can be a pain in the rear to have to turn the shower head away from your leg as you apply shaving cream because then you're out of the water and, well for me, you start to get cold. With the rain shower head, you can leave it on your back and shoulders, then turn the handheld off while shaving, then rinse. It's perfect. The install was easy (once I got the old shower head off lol) and everything that you need came in the kit. The length of the handheld is pretty long, too, so if you have children, such as I do, you can turn the rain shower head off and use the handheld to make bath time easier. If you have a dog that you bathe in the tub, this will make that task much easier also. Overall, I give it a 5/5 for easy install and awesome design features at a great price.

Feels VERY cheap but works pretty well. Looks super nice too
The finish on this is the first thing I noticed. While it feels weirdly cheap, it looks REALLY nice. The finish plus the almost like a light-gunmetal color is a surprisingly perfect combo. Mainly got this because in our house up north we need to replace all of the shower heads with ones that have either a "pause" mode or a "trickle" mode, so feeling cheap doesnt hurt anything since functionally it works well. I also like the button to divert flow vs older style shower heads that would either use a twisty knob or one of the "modes" on the handheld head.

Just what was needed for the kids bathroom
Install was easy took all but 10 minutes, using it works well for the RAIN style shower pressure is like most new shower heads that controls the flow but it's still decent. The power pulse I can't say it will massage but I personally need something with more power, or the flow not restricted but for the kids bathroom where showers go forever this is perfect.
