Works Pretty Well

Today is my first day using this trimmer. I'm almost 7 months pregnant and bending over in the shower to shave makes me dizzy and nauseated. So I decided I needed to figure something else out. I ordered this on a wim and honestly, I'm not mad about it. It doesn't shave the hair all the way to completely smooth but it does bring it down to what I would call prickly. But waaaayyy better than what I had going on before. And now I don't have to worry about nicking myself when shaving. I would suggest using the round attachment on the bikini/Brazilian area as the regular trimmer attachment pulls the hair a bit.

This product stopped charging right after the date that u couldn’t return it any longer. Do not buy. It’s a waste of money.

Important it melts when charging caution

Works ok great for bikini area, face and underarms. Easy to change the heads,however, first time charging it for about 15 minutes I came just to check on it and I smelled the plastic melt I immediately unplugged and let it cool down. It didn’t really charge but debating if I even want yo recharge it due to safety.

Instructions for this product

The instructions for this product is in the bottom of the box, so you need to remove all of the product & the cardboard tray that it sits in. To remove the attachment turn it 1/4 turn counterclockwise, to install the new attachment turn 1/4 turn clockwise.

Difficult to attach the accesories

I sent this back within the hour of receding it. I did not get all the accessories it was suppose to come with. I could barely attach the guide and it was super hard to get off. I fact, when I did get the guide off, the whole attachment came apart. Looked like someone else’s hair was in the box it came in too. Not impressed for the amount I paid. The good news is that I will get a refund and I didn’t have to pay anything to return this item. It arrived on time.

Don’t waste your $$$- not worth it!

This razor is garbage. Doesn’t hold the charge, very cheap quality. It’s not even usable after a month. don’t waste your $$

Expected More From a Whal Product

I own a pair of Whal clippers (heavy duty nice but not great for personal grooming, in fact, not recommended), have had them for well over 20 years (to cut the family's hair). I expected the Whal personal groomer tool to be just as great...but things have changed over time and the product is plastic. The main reason I bought this one was for the trimmer head. The only part of the unit that is well made is the metal part of the head. It seems to keep it's charge to use (rechargable). The other heads (rotary facial shaver and eyebrow detailing), don't seem to cut hair much or at all. I don't think I bought it for $50+- but I definitely would not buy it again.

Un peu plus d'un an pour 1 des 3 outils

J'adorais, jusqu'à le gros bout vienne à ne plus raser. Moins d'un an plus tard, le bout pour sourcils ne coupe plus, ou avec beaucoup de difficulté. Le rotor a fonctionné plus d'un an, mais il fallait lui donner quelques petits coups pour qu'il reparte à bon rendement. Ce que j'ai détesté c'est que le recouvrement métallique s'effrite et reste sur la peau parfois et le gros bout style rasoir à cheveux est devenu rouillé quasi instantanément. Ce que j'ai aimé c'est que ça rase de près en s'il vous plaît ! Attention aux imperfections de votre peau, car vous allez peut-être saigner.

Item seems great and does what it is intended to do... just disappointed box was ripped open and comb taken out.. I really hope item hasn’t been compromised (too soon to tell) *UPDATE* the head that does your legs really doesn’t do anything, rather disappointed with that, returning because another head had hair in it, like it had been used... Amazon is replacing
