Baby keeps closing the lid

I bought this because my 5 month baby loved playing with it at her physical therapy appointment. But after we got it at home, she kept closing the lid… which kind of defeats the purpose of the toy, lol. I suppose it’s fine for now, since she is still entertained. But I need to be careful that she doesn’t slam the lid shut on her other fingers.

My parrot loves it!

I bought this for my African Grey Parrot. He absolutely loves it and plays with it constantly. It is very sturdy and resists that strong beak. So far he has not been able to destroy it, but I know he probably will. Talk about durable??? He throws it from the top of his cage to the wooded floor and it just keeps working. If that isn't a solid testimony to its durablility, I dont know what it! I dont know why there is a rating for volume. You cant change it...so?

Lots of Interaction - Quality Acceptable - Durability Remains To Be Seen

For a toy that was supposedly new from the factory, this seems to have a lot of scratches and scuff marks on it. I do not believe a new toy should look like this one does out of the factory box. I want to give the storefront the benefit of the doubt that they did not send me a used toy, so I will assume it is from handling during manufacture and packaging at the factory. Getting past the external quality issues, this toy does have a lot of interaction going on as far as voice, music, lights, and sounds. It's a light toy with a handle, so easy for a child to carry. I read of issues with children getting their fingers pinched when closing the flip-up screen, but the screen on the one I received is so loose I do not know how it could snap down on a child's fingers. It barely stays up on it's own without having to tip it back beyond vertical. I will be interested to see whether my 14-month old granddaughter enjoys it anymore than some of her other interactive toys.

Excellent Entertainment for Babies AND younger toddlers

I bought this toy for my sons first Christmas. He was 10 months at the time and always going after my laptop. Although he obviously didn't connect the dots that it was atoy intended to replace my laptop attraction, it still worked wonders. He was instantly hooked. It really has an infinate number of combinations of sounds and songs, Although he quickly found a few patterns that he preferred to make. I don't really know if he really learned anything, but he clearly found out how to make certain combinations of sounds, phrases and songs that he would play repeatedly for extended periods of time. I loved this toy because just the look of it calmed him down when he was being clingy or fussy, and I could let him sit with it so I can get things done. My sone is now 2, and he is still hooked on it to the point where he has a hard time sharing with him younger brother (who also loves it). The durability is fantastic. My 2 year old has since taken to stomping on it with bare feet to make it work (until I had to take it from him) and it works without a problem and is barey dinged up despite this and other abuses it has endured.

AWESOME!!!!!!!

My adorable nephew loved the toy as well as his older brother who kept taking it away from him. That bit was less than entertaining since the baby kept screaming once it was taken away. The lights are bright enough that it distracts the kids and apparently babies are fascinated. I never expected this toy to have the power to silence a baby who has the lungs of a banshee. He has gotten into a habit of throwing this toy off his high chair when he gets too excited with the buttons or just trying to give the adults a hard time. Apparently it is amusing for a baby to see an adult pick up their toys as they watch with disappointed disdain. The good thing is that the toy still functions with no outward or inner signs of damage. I'm thinking this toy was made Kryptonian shielding or Wolverine's adamantium which is perfect for my nephew's destructive hands. My advice is to get this, parents who can't bear their children's cries have the hope that this toy might possibly distract their kids for a little while. BUY THIS FOR SLEEP OR SILENCE :D (Just a little humor) But enjoy this product, it truly is great for babies.

Durable and Keeps Baby Occupied

Bought this for my daughter when she was about 7 months (she’s one now). She has taken this little toy through the ringer, it’s been thrown down a flight of stairs, across hardwood floors repeatedly. The computer is still working as good as it did when we first purchased it. I have not had to replace the batteries yet and she plays with it about 3-4 days out of the week. I would definitely recommend.

Cute Toy for Babies Reaching for the Real Thing

My husband is a "computer guy" - it wasn't long before my son began reaching for his keyboard and his laptop &c. So he bought our son this "laptop" for his 1st birthday. As far as educational value goes - it's got the standard nice lady voice saying shapes and colors and things of that nature, nothing special there. I certainly don't expect it to make my little guy super smart. Honestly it was purchased to be baby's own laptop for fun, so the fact that it's not going to make my son a brainiac doesn't bug me. There are other toys and books for that. We just wanted him to have a little fun. He loves it. He likes to push the buttons. He likes the songs and the flashing lights. He likes to wiggle the mouse around. He likes to open and close the top just like Daddy's. It's a fun, cute toy. I thought that he'd get bored with it after a few months but he still really loves it 4 months later.

Best baby laptop ever!

We love this baby laptop. We had it for my older kids too and they loved it too, so we decided to look for it again and for our surprise we found it!!! Our little one just loves it and lots of fun. For best use we secured it to her high hair with small picture hanging strips( 3 M command) so she can’t drop it easily.

Surprisingly a great toy

I was not sure what to think of this toy at first, but it was a good price so I gave it a chance. When I received it, the demo batteries were dead, but I put in new batteries and it worked perfectly. After giving the toy to my son, I can say he LOVES this toy. Also, when it plays a song it finishes the song even when another button is pressed instead of starting a new song(just makes quieter sound effects during the song), easy to say Mommy learned to love this toy quickly too with that feature.

great toy, second son using it and loving it already. durable, well made, great features. very happy with this purchase. i wish it had a bit more functionality so it keeps interest for longer, but its amazing toy nevertheless for a small kids.
