Looks just like the photo
Not sheer at all. Looks soooo much better then I thought. Nicely made for the price. If your little one likes toad this is the one to get. The vest, hat , jumpsuit is PERFECT. Licensed Nintendo. ONLY downside :The hat may need to be bobbypinned to childs hair to hold in place so it wont fall off if they want to hippity hop around :)

Vest was missing
We got it on Halloween which was great (and I expected that) Unfortunately it arrived without the vest. Kind of a key piece for the outfit. I whipped one up with some felt and ribbon but was still disappointed it didn't include the vest. I did double check and the listing says it includes the vest so I am guessing it was just a mistake. I would suggest ordering far ahead of time in case yours doesn't have all the items. I looked for a way to contact the seller to see if they could send just the vest but couldn't find that option. Little frustrating but we made it work. Overall the fit was decent. I ordered a size larger and I am glad I did. It was wide enough but too long. We made it work though. I ordered a Large (10-12) for my 6 year old son. He is in the 50% tile for weight and off the charts for height so if it was long on him I would think it would be long on most. He usually wears a size 8 for length. The Medium definitely would have been too small. FYI I did add blue circles to the hat so he could be blue toad - the hat worked well and stayed on nicely. Honestly, if the vest would have been in it I would have given it a 4 or 5 star rating. I expected it to be a little long. Not quite as long as it was because my older son who wears size 12 tried it on and it was a bit too long on him as well (he is also in the 90% tile for height). But still overall a decent costume.

Perfect fit, my son loves this. I would recommend wearing a tank or tee underneath, it is extremely see through in the chest area.

Don’t be like me and think you can make a large child size work for a fully grown man. It did not work... before I got to the creative cutting to make this fit me it was a pretty solid setup. Would recommend... for a child.

Came as a complete costume and fit as expected
Great costume but very thin material. I have been trying to get one in my son's size for the last two years. He is almost 11 and large fits perfectly. I was surprised to learn the costume came as Two pieces and was a complete costume (When I had ordered other sizes I only got the hat and vest) so I was thrille . I defienely recommend this product but get one early because they sell out fast!!!!

Cute costume but the Large runs a bit small for taller kids.
I had high hopes for this costume because my youngest son is a big Toad fan. Unfortunately, the large size ran a bit smaller than we had hoped and the jumpsuit part ripped in the bottom area upon first wearing. As it was a couple days before Halloween, we had to make do. The material is pretty thin so if you live in colder climate, keep that in mind. My son is 9 and was about 4'6" at the time, 95 pounds. I think if it had been a two piece this might not have happened. The Toad hat was okay quality but didn't stay on my son's head for too long and fell off four or five times while trick or treating. The vest also tended to flap around. For a Halloween costume and not a full night's wearing, it was a bit disappointing. If you have a child who is shorter or are the lankier side, you might have better luck with the jumpsuit portion.

I bought this for a small asian woman. It didn't fit her at all, she had to rip it apart to wear it, so maybe don't try what I did. It'd fit a kid great though and the costume was of a quality that you'd expect - it looks exactly like the preview image. It's probably best to buy it for kids though.
