Worked for me
I had to replace the flame motor in an electric fireplace. This worked well. The only hitch was the motor runs in a different direction each you turn it on. So you have to turn it off and back on to have flames leaving the logs.

Direct replacement for Albion fireplace
Motor rotates CCW or CW, if you don't like the direction of the motor simply power off motor and power back on until correct direction is desired.

It's not a true replacement part but works
This is not an exact match replacement to my Jun JT TUO TY-50B E212993 CCW but it works. It fixed my electric fireplace.

There is no switch to direction of rotation..
Returning because can’t change rotation, even though it specifies ccw & cw. Ours only rotates ccw.

doesn't go CCW
supposed to be CCW/CW motor. It only goes CW. No way to change direction.

Realize it's bi directional.
I replaced the motor in my electric fireplace with this. No one could tell me if rotation (Clockwise/Counter Clockwise) is judged looking at the motor from the spindle side or not. So I got this dual directional motor CC/CCW. Works fine, solved the bearing noise issue. When I turn it on sometimes the flames go down, not up, so I just turn it off then until it rotates correctly. Be sure your application can tolerate running backwards without damaging anything.

Works great!
Works great just didn't realize sometimes it would start up in the opposite rotation. Will have to notice that next time before ordering!!
