These came like they are pictured. I bought them to make cub scout neckerchief slides. They worked great to add a fun takeaway for pack meeting. I was not using these on actual cars.

Does not work with 2mm Axel

The hole for the 2mm axel is too large and not deep enough. The wheel just wobbles and falls off... I needed to purchase a competitors wheel and it worked perfectly with the 2mm axel.
