Does not fit Frontier's Bin

I was looking for a wheeled bag specifically to fit Frontier's and Spirit's personal item bin.I waited for the price to go down then, when I finally got it the dimensions seemed wrong. The bottom is too wide and rigid. I took it to the airport and tried it in the Frontier bin because it seems smaller than the one for Spirit. It did not fit. But, for me that's the only thing wrong with it. It looks cool and seems to be well made. It just did not serve my purpose.

Makes it difficult to stack on a bigger piece of luggage.

The product alone is fine. However, I travel to Europe alone and had to take an eight hour flight and a two hour train ride with two pieces of luggage. The carry-on ones stacked on the main piece of luggage blocks the handle and makes it difficult to move the luggage through airports, and train platforms.

Broke after two trips

While the bag is fairly lightweight, it does not hold as much as I expected. Once you fill the inside, the outside compartments are too tight to put anything in them. This bag barely fits under a middle seat (American and Delta) with no room left for feet. During my second trip it was making a horrible noise as I rolled it along and wouldn’t roll straight; I found one of the inline wheels was cracked and missing a chunk. Rolling from curb to gate this shouldn’t happen! Very disappointed!

Love love!

I bought this before a trip to Portugal and was so happy I got it! Not only did it save my shoulders the owl pattern one I got is adorable!! I wasn’t sure if I should go with the owl but I love it and it makes me smile! The bag is awesome! You can fit a lot and it has a lot of compartments. It’s very light weight too.

Have wanted this for a long time!

I have the suitcase in this pattern and have waited a long time for the underseater to come back in stock. It was well worth the wait as the size and functionality are perfect.

So cute - the perfect overnight/weekender bag

I travel frequently for one or two nights and this bag is the perfect size. There is a small padded compartment in the front for a small laptop or a tablet. Lots of pockets on the inside to keep things sorted. I am going to love using this. The handle while not the sturdiest, seems quite reasonable and smooth running. The only flaw I noticed was that one of the wheels has 'bump' on it (a bit of extra plastic) that prevents it from running smoothly. I am sure this will either wear down over time, or I can sand it down. The reason I wanted something smaller than a regular carry-on is that some of the small regional planes I've been on do not have overhead compartments to fit a carry on. Under the seat you can fit a regular size carry-on and a purse - that's it for two seats. And when there is no more room on the plane, you have to check the carry on. This will always fit! I'm in love with it!

Best size for Go Train in Toronto!!!

I bought this just for it's size. It fits perfectly under the seat in the go train at Toronto. That means, I can sit on the window seat and still have it close to me. One star deducted for the not so convenient pull out handle. It gets stuck sometimes and you have to jerk it open.

problem with wheels

I loved the size and all the pockets and compartments, however the wheels are making a clunking noise and I've only had it for three months. I use it every workday to take my lunch and water back and forth to work. very unhappy that it is going to let me down already.
