Best DIY set ever!!

After 40+ years of regular emery boards I have finally tried this glass set…I will never be without this glass set again! It was fast and incredibly gentle on my nails!! Love love love these ????

Very nice set, great for gifting.

I hadn't used a glass buffer or file before, and I was surprised at how well they work. I love that they can be cleaned and sterilized too, and should last a long time, if not forever. The clippers are sharp and easy to use, and the cuticle pusher is great quality too. I was thinking these would make a great stocking stuffer for my daughter and granddaughter.

The Nail Buffer Makes My Nails Shine

An excellent four piece manicure set with a glass nail buffer, glass file, metal cuticle pusher, and small nail clippers. The nail clipper is on the smaller side but is very sharp and clips cleanly. The cuticle pusher is wide enough to gently push cuticles back and worked really well to clean under my nails after some work in the garden. The glass nail file is the pointed glass item. It has a very fine abrasive on both sides and shaped my nails quickly without the tearing and splitting I can get from an emery board. The rectangular glass buffer is slightly rounded on one side with the buffing surface on the bottom only. It has a very gentle abrasive and smoothed any ridges while giving my nails a nice natural shine. According to the instructions all items can be sterilized with rubbing alcohol, alcohol wipes, or peroxide. While the package kept everything in perfect shape during shipped, it isn't going to be good for ongoing storage. I'll have to figure out how to protect the manicure set (especially the glass items) for the long-term. Wish they had included a fitted case. I took off one star for the lack of a storage case.

Excellent Tweezerman quality

This Tweezerman Glass Manicure Set works perfect for my at home manicures. If you’ve never tried a glass nail file, I highly recommend it. It really helps prevent your natural nails from splitting. Leaves my nails with clean edges vs using a normal nail file that leaves rough spots all over. The grit of the nail file make my nails very smooth, something that’s hard to achieve with normal nail files. Really gets the work done much quicker. The glass buffer is fantastic for making my nail beds smooth for the next manicure. The nail clipper is a bit smaller, I thought much prefer something a bit larger so I can use it on my toes as well. But it’s ultra sharp, just like all Tweezerman nail clippers I’ve used in the past. The cuticle stick is high quality stainless steel and feels great in my hand. Overall, a high quality set that’s true to Tweezerman’s name.

Tweezerman Quality

I chose this set specifically for the Tweezerman name. Their tweezers are far superior and I was hoping for the same quality. The metal tools are indeed very high quality and well made - fitting of the Tweezerman name. My only concern with this set is that the glass file and buffer might break if I drop it in our bathroom - I’d hate to try to tip-toe around clear glass if I’m barefooted in there. They do seem like they would withstand breakage, but I’m not going to drop them to find out. The advantage to the glass is that you can wash and sterilize them, so that might be a plus for you.

Tweezerman for the win

I am a diy nail dip and soak off gel momma to 5 girls. We do a lot of manis. The problem I have with glass files is that they are usually short and stubby or too harsh for my natural nails. I had given up hope in finding one that worked for me when I was offered this set. I love tweezerman tweezers, so I figured I should give them a try and I am really glad I did. Yes, the price is more than other cheaper tools, but the files are a nice size and do a great job of filing my nails and NOT tearing them up or causing them to peel the top layers. The shiner is delicate enough my kids can do it themselves without my worrying that they will take too much. I find the nail slippers small and slightly hard to hold, but I have clippers that I like. The cuticle pusher was initially I thought was the weak spot. I tend to like them curved to fit my nail with a slightly sharp edge. This is flat with a rounded edge. To my surprise it works very well at pushing and removing cuticles without damaging the nail plate.

All You Really Need for Nail Care

This set is basically all you need for a manicure. Each piece is well made and works great. No need for a random assortment of instruments that you don't need. Really happy with this. You can totally see & feel the quality.

Schönes Set

Also erstmal muss ich sagen das es einfach ein hübsches Set ist, und was besonderes mit dem Glas. Vom Gebrauch her bin ich bis jetzt zufrieden, scheint recht hochwertig zu sein und funktioniert wie es soll.
