Decent general purpose screwdrivers - good value
These were put into service the minute I opened the box as my old set of insulated were starting to show wear on the tips and I'd lost a couple of sizes over the years. They are good solid hardened steel shank screwdrivers with plastic handles and some rubber on the high spots of the handles for comfort. They are not true comfort grip, nor do they have the ridged tips a really expensive set of electricians screwdrivers have (to help grab the screw slots). These are not for prying up manhole covers or shifting around an engine block. They fit well in the screw slots and do exactly what they are supposed to, loosen and tighten screws without fear of breaking off the tips on a rusted screw. The insulation on the shafts is nice and thick so you don't have to worry about scraping it off on rough edges. Although not a true comfort grip they fit well to the hand and don't leave you in pain after a few hour's use. They are not top of the line nor are they junk. It is a decent screwdriver set and a good value for the price.

Good enough to save me
For the last four years I've been working with a lot of live "low voltage" 480 stuff, and have just had the official OSHA flash class (where they show how toasty you can become). So I figured it was best to use some tools that wouldn't blow things (me) apart if I dropped one in a panel. I've only had these for a week, so it's hard to gauge their toughness, but they seem robust enough. The size selection covers most of the territory, and they are comfortable in the hand. Mostly, I assume they will indeed protect me from that 480, if necessary. My one concern is that they do not have the yellow scratch guide, indicating worn insulation. But I guess with $20 for seven drivers, I can just replace them every year. Would presently recommend. Perhaps an update in a few months.

Great Set
Should have purchased these long ago - great price and great function. The tips are well sized for electrical screws, panel work, etc. I find myself wanting to use these on all sorts of non-electrical jobs...but.... The material on the screw driver tips is a bit soft - (this is the reason why they grip the screw so well). I am already seeing some wear - it is hard to beat the value. I don't expect them to hold up as long as the name brand big boys, but if they are relegated to live/energized/questionable work, you'll be happy. If you use these for live wiring, electrical panels, etc - then they will last a long time. If there are a for general purpose use, life will be short. Be careful no to nick the outer coating as it will compromise the electrical safety rating.

these are not WIHA, they function very well at this price point. If you are a gorilla when tightening things, you might break them, better to chip the screwdriver than strip the screw, unless you like removing broken screws. They are well made for their intended use, electrical. Not to be used in gunsmithing, Loctited screws, They are made to keep you safe in an energized circuit. I recommend these to anyone in electronics and electrical repair

Good value for DIYer
As I am undertaking a bunch of electrical work in my house, I realized I did not own any insulated screwdrivers. These were a good find and really good value. For the cost of just one or two screwdrivers from HD, I got a whole set of 7. I like having different sized bits on the end to ensure I always get a good fit. It's also nice to have some extras as screwdrivers always seem to get misplaced or are not around when you need them. The bits on the end appear to be average quality and are showing a little wear already. Fine enough for my needs, but probably not for an electrical contractor.

OK for what I need them for
Review from husband: I'm a homeowner and have quite a bit of electrical work to do in the house and these seem to fit my needs nicely. The grips are comfortable and this set has the sizes I wanted. Probably not the set for a professional but these will get the job done for light work. My only concern is the #2 Philips has what might be stress marks at the end of the plastic near the tip (the others look fine). I'm hoping it wont be a problem later on and I decided not to return it because I had some immediate work I wanted to get done. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

I am not an electrician. I got these for DIY home improvement and hobbies. They feel sturdy and well made. I have used them several times already and like the peace of mind that they are insulated.

Great Deal
You can definitely spend less on an insulated set of drivers, although I would not recommend it. Nor would I recommend spending more as it is unnecessary. This set is well made, comes in useful sizes, and is colored in a manner that clearly differentiates them from the rest of my drivers which are not insulated.
