They work

Rough stretch, only used couple time but they work as advertised

Not much stretch - get a large enough size.

The Tingley work rubber is tough and durable. It fits a little tight -I use it on a size 10-1/2 shoe and the rubber I purchased is an extra large (11 - 12-1/2 ). It also has very little stretch.

Size what does the size mean your shoe size or their size

to small had to split the toe just to get them on I got 11to 13 size my shoe is 11and 1/2 no way they would go on a 13 size shoe

WAYYY bigger than stated!

These are very well made and appear they would last a long time and the tread on the soles would be great for not being slippery. BUT...I don't know yet. I wear a woman's size 8 shoe and ordered a Medium accordingly. As you can see in the photos, they are at least 2 inches longer than my shoes when I put them on. WAYYY too big to try to walk in. So I am returning them and have already ordered a Small, in hopes they will be big enough for my shoes. They seem to be a really good buy but we'll see. UPDATE: The Small version of these Overshoes arrived today and I am elated!!! My shoes fit perfectly in them. I use a pair of indoors/outdoors velour slippers and leave them in the overshoes (see in the pics) instead of having to struggle with getting my shoes into them every time it rains. That way, I just slide my feet into them and I'm all set to go. I bought these for walking my dog when it is, or has rained. So happy I stuck with this brand and reordered the Small size.

The correct size is too small

Ordered the size for my shoe size. While they look like they'll fit, they're either too small or won't stretch at all. I even used a shoe stretcher and hot water, to no avail. Talc won't work, either.

Great value and durability.

A friend recommended these to me. We meet at the dog park daily and slog through rain, snow, and ice. They work great! They fit super snug, which is good, but a bit hard to put on the shoes. I keep mine on a comfortable older shoe and then just slip the the shoe/Tingley combo on when it is time to go out in messy weather. I have worn them over 100 times so far. They still look like new. They are also good on ice, although probably not as good as a pair of slip-over cleated covers.

High cut is hard to put on over shoes but really protects the shoes from wet

I think a lower cut might be easier to put on over a shoe, but it also would not protect the shoe from wet as well. I just leave the rubber shoe on over the regular shoe and put them both on together using a shoe horn. This is a nice thick rubber shoe with a good tread on the bottom. I wear it while working in the garden to keep from wrecking the toes of my shoes and to keep my feet dry.

What your intended use?

Bought a 1XL for a 10.5 Merrell Hiking Shoes. Driving a truck and there’re times when I have to pick-up a trailer from a muddy lot, and there ain't no mud like Missouri mud, it sticks. The covers fit snugly and I'm sure they'd keep my shoes dry. That said, I was hoping for something that I could easily slip on and (more importantly) off. I really don't want to be struggling with a muddy shoe cover while removing them, that's just another mess. So, for my intended use these probably aren't going work. Perhaps if there were a zipper or strap in the back they'd be more functional, and easier to remove. While well made (in Mexico) these are probably more for light/medium duty use. They appear to made of rubber and you’d probably not want to store them in the sun. Keep them from drying out and they’ll probably last awhile. If you're looking for something to wear outdoors to keep the rain or snow off, perhaps in the garden. But for keeping your shoes clean without making a mess removing them....

Dry feet!

These galoshes are great! They are a little tricky to pull over the work boot, but they are light and have tread/grip. Dry feet all day long. The covers dry quickly once outside in the rain or snow. Many friends have asked me where I purchased them from or have already ordered a pair. A reasonable price, as well.

Stretchy, sturdy and durable. Very rip resistant.

I use the overshoes to protect my indoor shoes that I wear to work.

Too difficult to put on

Very difficult to stretch over my shoe. I have to be an acrobat to get these on..omg soooo hard. Don’t buy for this reason alone but in addition to this what a foul smell the rubber gives off. Stay away.
