Good Watch for a Small Budget

This little Timex is a good starter watch. It has a good price and it looks nice. I have a big wrist, and this still fits fine. My only note is that the watch is a little noisy, but other than that, it's great!

A great watch for not a lot of money

So far, this watch has performed above and beyond what it costs, up there with or surpassing watches that cost 3-4 times more. An excellent product and a very fair price.

Beautiful watch!

Like all the Timex products, this watch is great except for one minor issue that the time button stucks when I press it to see the time in darkness and I've to manually pull it back. It might impact the battery life but I'm satisfied with the watch for now.

Reliable, easy to read and use

Perfect size numbers if you are not quite 20/20 with your near vision. The hands are easy to see in dim light. In the dark the backlight feature is sufficient yet not too bright, just enough for the purpose. Be aware however: when you press the wind to activate the light, the watch stops for that second or two until you release it. Not a problem unless you press it a lot, then would require a minor time adjustment depending on how often you activate the light plus how close to exact time you want. Other than that one consideration, mine has been keeping time perfectly.

Love this watch. Timekeeping is accurate. So much better looking than all the fitness and iwatches people are wearing these days.

Run away from this watch

Buyer beware! Right out of the box the back popped off and would not stay installed despite repeated re-seats. Watch face looks nice but you can hear it tick from two counties over. Absolutely garbage product, and so disappointing for Timex. One star is too generous because product is 100% non-functional. I'm returning for refund. Recommend buyers look elsewhere. Update: Amazon return support was outstanding and instantaneous. But do not buy this product.

A great daily wear watch

Timex is a great brand, and this rugged, affordable watch is great for every day wear while still looking good. I have "dress" watches for fancy occasions, but I love that I can shower or even swim in this without having to worry about it, and the indiglo makes it easy to read at night. Sure, I could just look at my phone to see the time, but I grew up wearing watches, and still look at my wrist to see the time. Call me old school, or sophisticated, whatever :)

Great value - but LOUD

I really like this watch as a daily wear. It looks really clean and simple so it makes a nice utility piece. It is quite thin which looks good on me. At the price, I don’t need to worry about it being scratched or damaged. However, one caveat - it is LOUD. Not so loud that it is noticeable during the day, but I’ve taken to leaving this watch somewhere other than my bedroom at night because the ticking is audible from across the room. Several times while sitting in my living room alone I thought I heard a faucet dripping, only to realize it’s my watch. Overall, despite that I rather like it.

Stopped working

Received this item February 13, 2021. By April 10 the backlight stopped working. By April 17 the entire watch just stopped working. Thought maybe it was the battery, but when we going to change it the entire guts of the watch just fell out the back. Past the return date, product is garbage, good thing it’s cheaply priced.
