Love it but it stained.

Average coffee use caused it to stain even though it is "guaranteed" not to. Ended sending back to Tervis to fix but it's been 2 weeks with no response.

Great for my future UIW cardinal kid

Perfect

This is perfect for elderly folks who are sensitive to hot coffee mugs and who are prone to dropping things. It’s breakable. It’s hit the ground at least 5 times without a single crack.

Careful Which Lid You Purchase

The logo should have been on both sides. If you are left handed, the logo will be facing you the entire time which to me defeats the purpose. I am right-handed but would like to switch hands and still have others be able to view the logo and not just the clear plastic back of the cup. Additionally, I purchased the Tervis Travel Lid, 16 oz size and it does not fit the mug so be careful which lid your purchase if you get this item.

Scratched

I was disappointed to see it scratched when it arrived. Based on packaging it is likely that the mug was scratched before it was shipped.

This cup is PLASTIC and not glass

I found this item to be overpriced and deceiving for a plastic cup. The description describes the item as clear. It is double walled to keep the drink cold/warm which is a good benefit, but very disappointing it was not a glass coffe mug.
