these are amazing! they would be a great first sneaker.

- so easy to go in and out -my baby (17 mo) loves these! she does a little twinkle toe dance every time she wears them -my baby runs in these - I think the ankle support makes her much more stable. these should be mandatory just for safety reasons. I wish i bought these for her as her first shoe. -these are nice and warm for fall/winter -I am confused by some reviews that say hard to get into. They are really the total opposite. The tongue is so separated that there is a huge opening to go in and out of. -also, i love stride rite! they are the best

Cute, but hard to get on

These are super cute, but really difficult to get on. There’s no good spot to grasp to pull it up and they’re tight around the ankles. Fortunately it warmed up shortly after buying them.

Sewing loose on arrival.

Once my baby relaxed his toes we were able to turn the corner into the shoe with a lot of pushing. The tongue does remove a decent amount the issue is the toe box is thin for baby feet. He has no sock s on, not sure we can fit any. These are a size up as well. If the tongue lowered any more I would worry about snow getting in too easily. So maybe its the best a person can hope for? Also their is a sticker stated faux fur...thats obvious and its kinda rough.

Great shoes for beginning walkers

Outer space pattern is super cute! Front flap folds down easily to allow for the foot to slide right in/out. Super easy to put on a toddler that’s constantly moving. Great ankle support. These shoes helped my little start walking!

Bought on clearance but returned due to fitment

The boots were on clearance and I love to shop sales for my twins clothing needs. Unfortunately this style has a few problems. First the amount of time it took to get baby's foot into the boot, and I had to twist their foot a bit to get the boot on. The velcro just didn't seem well constructed. Overall this boot didnt live up to the Stride Rite quality I am used to and was suspect enough to return, even at clearance prices.
