Great for First Walkers!

I original from Peru , it's a tradition for babies to use a special boots to keep their feet straight and prevent growing with a disorder , as the pandemic goes I was very sad because I was unable to fly or make so one to swnd those for my baby, so as my baby star crowling and stand up alone I search every where for confortable and not flappy shoes. I try Stride Ride , I love it I have differents pairs for different ocassion. But this are the best for first walkers . My baby is 1 year old her ankles are a little wide so I purchase sice 4 wide and are perfect she is very confortable , material is perfect not plastic , not to hard but at the same time not to flappy or thin beacuse babies needs estability . I just wantto share my experience as a first mother we are always looking for the best for our little ones.

BUY THESE. GREAT QUALITY. VERY MUCH LIKE SALAMANDER SHOES.

These shoes I will be buying till the biggest size as my baby grows up. It’s a very well made, good quality pair. Perfect to give support to the child’s foot. It is THE shoe we want our babies to start giving their first steps in. Love love it!!! I feel bad tho, cause I tend to buy shoes a little bigger to make sure it lasts a little longer, but my baby is almost going to overgrow this pair.

PERFECT!!

If your little one does not like shoes, buy these ! Our baby(18 months) pulled every pair of shoes off until we found these cuties. Now, we happily put them on and her balance has greatly improved. Thankfully, we are no longer pulling our hair out because she will not leave shoes on her feet.

Failed Velcro

After only a few weeks of everyday wear the velcro stopped working so the strap just flopped as she walked. I've always bought stride rite for my children and in the past their shoes have lasted through several different children wearing the same pair. And I was always very pleased. The velcro held up well on those shoes. This time only after a few weeks of wearing the velcro would no longer hold in place. Very disappointed because I payed over 60.00 for a pair of shoes for a one year old that I thought would last until at least she out grew them.

The Best For Many Years

I purchased these shoes for my grandson They are great for his AFO. Easy to put on and off I purchase a larger size So I wouldn't have trouble putting them on. His therapist loves them.

Based on the measurements for sizing on the stride rite site it was way to big for my LO but we ended up exchanging for the right size and it’s so perfect! He walks great in them and loves them! And they look so sweet on!
