T-shirt is not soft; not the best quality

I received my t-shirt in a very timely manner. I was disappointed with the feel and texture of the shirt. I was hoping it would be a soft t-shirt but it was not. I do love the design which is why I gave it 3 stars. I was just hoping for a better quality shirt. I think after I wash it, it will shrink.
