Modest, comfy, durable

This suit has held up extremely well to pool chlorine and hasn't pilled. My husband says it is cute; personally I'm neutral on the appearance, but that's not my priority when swimming laps. This checks the boxes for comfort, coverage, and support so I'm happy. I was not sure whether to go with a size 16 or 18 and was pleased to discover that the 16 I ordered fit perfectly, with no shifting or riding up. If your focus is on a functional, modest suit that will last, this is an excellent choice.

Better for long torsos than most speedo, color darker than pictured

Fair disclosure -- I am a swim coach and mother to 5 competitive swimmers on a team sponsored by speedo. In general I like their equipment and suits. I am 5' 11" and 220 lbs. I have a long torso and find most speedo suits are too short for me. I normally wear a 16 and order up to have a little more fabric to stretch lengthwise. I received these suits in an 18 which is what I normally wear in speedo. Someone at speedo is listening . . . which is good for sizing! This suit fit my length perfectly, to my surprise. Unfortunately, because I had ordered up, it was wider than normal and left wrinkles in the suit which sagged when wet. So I would say that the suit is sized as a true 18 and made for people of average to tall height. The suit is typical high quality speedo, completely lined, nice material, no manufacturing flaws. I didn't find the cut flattering on me as an over weight individual. One big annoyance is that the cups are not sewn in place and move freely when the suit is not on. When I received the suit they were folded in half and shifted to the side. It took some work to adjust them, and then when I took it off and put it back on, they were out of place again. I wish they would just use permanent liners or sew them into place. The suit is comfortable for swimming and water aerobics. I did find the color to be more teal and much prettier in person than the picture shows.

Runs really big

Like most Speedos, this is quite modest, given that it's meant for serious swimming. It also runs quite large, but their sizing is so bizarre, so maybe that's partly our error. Got one meant for a size 12 and it fits a size 18. But also like most Speedos, it's really nice quality and hasn't been damaged by chlorine or washing.

Well-made, sturdy, modest and stays put!

This is the type of swimsuit you buy when you actually need to exercise. It's sturdy, thick fabric that holds you in and stays put no matter how you're moving. Less tugging on your bottom! It's been in the pool a few days a week for a month now and still looks new, minimal fading, just a few pills where I sat on concrete. Very nice suit for young and old athletes or casual swimmers.

Great!

This is my wife new favorite swimsuit. She loves the design and color and how it fits her. It's easy to wear and wash, the spandex fits well and looks good on her. It's comfortable to wear for a prolonged period. The material feels good and we expect it will last.

Lovely suit

This is well made and comfortable and covers you up adequately! I like the coverage of the leg holes and the chest. It's a cute design, too. I'm glad to have my daughter wear this in public.
