made of plastic

The shower head arrived on time and was easy to install. But I was disappointed that the majority of the head is made of plastic - - not what I expected for the price and from this brand. That said, it does work very well.

Nice shower head

One of the nice things about this shower head is that it isnt made all of plastic like most are nowadays. It doesnt diminish the water pressure and switching the spray pattern is easy - the lever turns smoothly to switch it. It has a decent amount of patterns without being too fancy. Looks good, works good, and seems to be well made.

Easy to install, looks nice, works well.

Speakman's shower head is simple to install. The process took me all of about 5 minutes and Speakman includes some thread seal tape in the box. Once installed you'll find that the showerhead has an appropriately modern and high-end appearance. The brushed metal finish is attractive and everything looks and feels high quality. Then ball joint that connects to the shower pipe is metal, as is the hose. The rest of the showerhead appear to be either thin metal or plastic. The position selector on the showerhead moves easy and clicks into place securely. The different setting are a wide normal spray, a narrower normal spray, and mist spray, and a very narrow and intense pulsing stream. There is also a "pause" setting where the water just drips out. That can be used when you're lathering up. I prefer the widest normal spray as it offers the most coverage, but all of the setting have good water pressure and even distribution. Cleaning the shower head is easy since it has silicone tipped sprays, but the metal exterior spots a bit if it is not wiped down after showering. All in all... a quality shower head.

Not a high pressure shower head

I bought the 1.75 GPM Neo and the water flow from the shower head is really wimpy. I have 50 psi water pressure in my house. I would return it but I trashed the packing materials, this is not what I expected from a Speakman!
