Leaky golf shoes

The shoes are advertised as waterproof, they leaked on the first day I used them, plus I have filled in a return note on Amazon and emailed the company More Sports that I had returned the said golf shoes and look forward to a refund plus cost of postage, their reponse was that they had no knowledge of this action. Please let me know what is happening and note that I do NOT want 30days free trial with AMAZON PRIME.
