Order down if between sizes
My son is about 41.5 “ tall and weighs about 41lbs, and the 4T fit him well. The pants are a bit lose, but the suspenders help with that. Length is perfect. The suspenders slip off over the arms, which is why this isn’t a 5 star review. A safety pin helped with a quick and imperfect fix.

Really good quality
This outfit fit really well on my son. Unfortunately, the event I bought it for was cancelled, so I didn't need the outfit and ended up returning it. That being said, the quality of this outfit versus other outfits I've seen for boys is way better.
