I regret my first review which spoke about my dislike of the coloration.

As I begin to use this bottle, I am enjoying its look. This is a cool-looking finish. At first wasn't sure but now love it. Glad it's not shiny and happy that it's not uniformly burnished. Love it's color texture and it is of course high Sigg quality.

The Swiss know more than clocks and chocolate

I take this with me everywhere I go. I travel a lot for business and this is the perfect size for my bag. I love that it doesn't taste like plastic and it is not made in China (no offense, China but you're no Switzerland).

Not as "heavy duty" as expected

The outside of the bottle was streaked and not uniform in color like it is pictured. It holds the right amount of liquid but seems to have a thinner wall than other Sigg products I have purchased in the past. I have not traveled with it in my checked suitcase so I'm not sure how it will be yet. It is okay but not excellent.

Love the Sigg bottle design and quality

Love the Sigg bottle design and quality. They get a little dented over the years but always clean up easily and last forever. Never really develops a bad taste to it. I will keep buying these in multiple sizes.

Classic SIGG

Great bottle. Classic SIGG design. I really like the natural aluminium look - it's really classy and doesn't look as bad after a few bumps/scrapes as the painted ones that can lose their paint. Well built (as you'd expect) and has a good seal - I use mine to hold carbonated water & never had any issues. A Swiss design classic - you can't go wrong.

Doing my bit for the environment ...

Great shape, style and tactile feel. Just the right size to carry around. Some great design points: The plastic coating inside (not sure if plastic is the correct word) makes the water taste good. The round hole in the lid is great to help me carry the bottle around by sticking a finger through the hole (don't know if that's what it's there for) and when you put the lid down, it sits in such a way that the part which screws into the bottle sits upwards so it does not touch the surface the lid is sitting on. A nice touch for hygiene. Don't know if that was supposed to happen, but I guess it was. These Swiss are damn clever. And I can't believe how many single use plastic bottles I have not bought as a result of having this, nor how much money I have saved just by refilling this bottle from the cold water tap. This is a must-have.

Worth shelling out a bit more

Great. Keeps fluid cool provided you keep the lid on. Stylish and solid. I never bought a ‘designer’ bottle before - I don’t think I’ll need another one!
