Sak leather purse

Just the right size,nice color for summer

Not worth the amount I paid.

I ordered the beautiful burgundy De Young leather hobo. It's very soft leather and a nice interior. But it is way too light weight. It falls off my shoulder - I can't keep it up. The strap just is not the right length for me. When I set it on a table, it will completely fall over and spill out the contents if it's not zipped up. The base is too narrow. If it was a little bit heavier, a little bit shorter, or perhaps wider, then it would stay up on my shoulder and I could hold it in place. It just doesn't work to load up my purse with stuff to make it heavier. It won't stay. The light weight and narrow base make it feel kind of cheap.

I love the size of this purse; not too big or too small. It's a pretty purse and I would buy another one in another color.

Nice sized purse

Good size. Not too large or small . Holds essentials , and still some extra room . Shade is a good everyday neutral. Strap is a bit shorter , that is my fault, I did not use measurements provided. But still comfortable to wear , stayed on shoulder while walking around. So far I feel like I would purchase another . But have not had it for enough time to speak on its longevity.

Inside zipper broke in one week

Bought the bag a couple of months ago for summer use and loved it when it arrived. Started using it a week ago and already the inside compartment zipper is broken. Of course at this point the window for return has passed and now I am stuck with this poorly made bag. We shouldn't expect this from Saxs. II purchased this with confidence since I have bought their bags before. Very disappointed.

Long term brand fan, simpler yet quality product for the sale price.

What used to be a good number of design details and add ons is no longer a given with these 'the sak' bags, the metal logo is small, the zipper is crude, no dangling leather strips either. Yet, the simple stitched leather quality is evident, the color cloud gray I chose is great and a new choice for the warm months for me. I added a fun laminate brooch for visual effect, it is a very happy purchase, recommended.
