Very nice, but switches are not 3-way
These were just what I had been looking for in the lamps for a guest bedroom: slender and tall, with green bases and 3-way switches. They arrived yesterday, 2 days earlier than expected. The lamps were well packaged and easy to put together. All I had to do was install the harps and shades, and screw in the bulbs. The only issue was that the lamps do not have 3-way switches, which are listed as a “Special Feature” in the item description. I put the lamps in the bedroom and gave myself a day to look at them and think about it. This evening, I requested a call from customer service, which came immediately. Esther listened as I explained that while the lamp switches are not as described, I did not want to return the lamps because I like them very much; they look really nice in this guest room. I was not disappointed in the lamps, only the switches. Esther put me on hold for several minutes to see what she could do for me, and then offered me a credit on the cost of the lamps. I was satisfied with that and pleased with the excellent customer service. She credited my credit card immediately and sent a confirmation email, making sure I had it while we were still on the phone. She also said she would contact the appropriate department about the listing. I will purchase a pair of 3-way switches as replacements.

If you can get two that don't have pockmarks or glazing issues, these are absolutely beautiful.
I love the look of the lamp, so much so that I took four attempts to end up with two good lamps. The first pair had one beautiful one and one with a significant pockmark, a large drip of glaze near the top, and unevenness on the neck that made it look dirty. I ordered a second pair, hoping for one beautiful one to match the one from my first order - nope, both still had flaws. Trial three order - nope, same problems. Trial four order - finally one of these was worth keeping (although the second one had blemishes)! Overall 2 for 8 lamps is terrible quality control, but like I said, they are gorgeous. Was it worth the trouble? Yep! But returns got quite a workout to make it happen.

Elegant, modern, good quality
We’ve been using these lamps for more than 1.5 years and they are great! Good quality, elegant, worth the purchase.

Not what I expected.
Huge! I got the green and they are attractive, but I got them for nightstands and they do not look like the picture. The picture to me looks like a stream lined tall lamp with a somewhat smaller shade. The shade is very big. The brass colored finial and base look cheap. Way too expensive for the quality. Although they are packaged nicely to keep from breakage etc, the Styrofoam is a pain to get loose from the lamps and trying to break the Styrofoam into small pieces to dispose of, leaves small fly away pieces. I needed to vacuum the room afterwards. There is a light bulb included. Assembly is not difficult at all. All you do, is attach the harp and screw on finial. My biggest complaint is the size of the shade. The shade is 14 1/2 inches across top- the shade measuring around the middle( diameter) is almost 44 inches. The height of shade is 11 1/2 inches.The height from base to top of finial is 32 1/2 inches. The shade being so large makes the lamp look awkward. The look is definitely modern. The neck( most narrow part) of the lamp is 8 1/2 inches( diameter) and the larger round part is 23 1/2 inches ( diameter). The shade is 44 inches in diameter and the largest part of lamp is 23 1/2 in diameter + the long , skinny neck makes this lamp look very awkward. In the picture it shows a small portion of stem showing, in reality the shade hangs down farther so you see no stem unless you stoop down and look up in under shade. For those who reviewed this lamp positively , is it possible, I received the wrong shades? Just curious. I would have sent them back, but unpacking was a chore, so I can imagine trying to repack. Not worth it to me. Seller shipped very quickly so that is a plus.

Love these lamps!
Let me start out by saying I got the orange lamps through Amazon Warehouse Deals for only $54. I Likely wouldn’t have purchased them for the original price (currently $139). Even though they are used, I don’t see a thing wrong with them. I was a little confused about how to put them together, but that’s just because I had never bought lamps online before. Once I figured it out, it was super simple. They even came with bulbs! At first I thought they were might be a bit too big, but now I love how they balance out the big picture I have hanging on the wall behind my couch. They almost look like artwork themselves. So would I recommend them? Yes! Though I don’t know if I could tell someone to buy them new for $139, just because it’s hard for me to justify that much money for lamps. My husband however says he thinks they are total worth that much. If
