Warmer than I thought it would be

I ordered the gloss jet but the jacket I received very much looks like the jet version. I’m not sure if amazon sent me the wrong product or if it’s just not as pictured but be warned of that. It also isn’t a true black to me, I see blue undertones. I still like it and decided to keep it anyway even though I’d prefer how it looks in the picture, since that’s what I ordered. Now on to the coat. It’s quite warm, which I love. I have no quality issues. Zipper is fine and everything seems sewn up fine..for now. I also like that the jacket has those built in little hand covers. They’re fleece or a fleece like material and the pockets are also lined with that fleece as well so hands stay warm. I also don’t need a scarf with this coat as it sits high on the neck and zips all the way up. I can burry my face in it when it’s cold and windy. For size reference I ordered a large. I am 5’7” and I wear a size 10/12 in womens and a 13 in juniors. Bust is about 37” and hips/butt are 44.5”. It fits me just fine. Not too tight. Passes the self hug test but just barely so if you like lots of room then I would order up.

Very warm. Good hood adjustment for wind. I get compliments on the color every time I wear it from men and women of all ages.

Mismarked size

I ordered the Extra Large (XL) size which fit when I tried it on in store. The jacket that was delivered via Amazon had attached blue striped paper tags indicating the jacket was (XL) BUT the jacket was actually a LARGE size. The TINY tag sewn into the collar is ( L ), not (XL). The Large jacket is warm, the color is a nice bright white, the collar is high, thick and warm, the shoulders and arms are roomy, the sleeve wrist warmers are long enough to cover to the knuckles. However, the chest is snug proportionately to the jacket’s other dimensions. I also have a men’s version of this jacket which comes with a fur trim. I highly recommend adding zippered detachable fur trim for the hood on the ladies version of this jacket. When I tried to return the Large jacket for an Extra Large jacket, I was unable to do so without adding a credit card number to my account. I used another amazon gift card to order the Extra Large Jacket which will arrive after I was expecting it to arrive. I will decide on which jacket to keep after the true Extra Large jacket arrives. Otherwise I will purchase it from the store where I tried it on. Thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion.

Nice, Warm, Puffy

I really like this jacket. The color is awesome and it feels really warm. On me it falls at the hips instead of at the waist - which was my preference. It probably depends on the size. I don't really care for the hand warmers and I wish it had an inside pocket. However, those are minor things. I purchased two similar jackets so I could decide which one I liked best. This one I like because the color is a little shiny and there is no fur on the collar. The fur can be annoying. However, this jacket is heavier and more "puffy". Because it is so puffy it isn't flattering to the figure. Also, the jacket is straight so you might size up if you have hips or if you plan to wear thick layers. Even though I may keep the other jacket, I would recommend this one as well. It does look just like the picture, including the color. Thx.
