Perfect Replacement

A great replacement latch for our 1996 park model main door screen ... works perfectly. Like that it has small, easily removable, pins to ease installation.

Broke an old camper latch but found this one and it works great!

Had to sand latch down to work

Removed old spring latch, screwed new spring latch down and discovered the latch would not slide, seems the thickness of the latch was 1/16th more than the metal bracket which means as you tighten the screws the latch quits sliding. Carefully removed 1/16th from the bottom of the spring latch, re-positioned the bracket after spending awhile figuring out how to make the device work by using time, plenty of time. As mentioned above, returning anything no longer works, my last three purchases have had poor workmanship issues which leaves looking for alternatives going forward.

Not the best

No directions for installation. The spring keeps sticking causing the latch to seize up. Don't know why.
