I LOVE IT

I had one installed in my bay house when we renovated. I used it for two years and still love it. It's beautiful, convenient and easy to use. I recently replaced the kitchen faucet in my primary residence and bought this one again. I love it at both houses. I did have to have a plumber tighten the screws underneath the sink on the one at the bay house recently. I don't know if the fixture or the original installation is to blame.

Stay Away!

I am sooooo disappointed! I thought that having a high end Rohl would be a great addition to my kitchen, but it turns out to be a terrible decision. First, the packaging from Build.com did not appear to be the original package. Instead, it came in a plain white box and I was skeptical. Nonethess, the faucet seemed brand new. The plumber (licensed and 30+ years experience) ran into problem during installation where the nut with the washer was too shallow to screw to anything. He even called Rohl and the agent said they have heard that before. Without the washer, the faucet leaks under the sink. My plumber used tephlon tape in place of the washer and it so far is holding. Also, the pull-out spray does not go in and out smooth at all. In fact, it seems to droop down a little instead of fitting snug in place. The experienced plumber said the mechanics were more like a 10+ year old faucet. I love the looks but really hate the quality. I recommend staying away from this one!

This faucet is crap.

I've spent more time under the sink trying to fix the functionality of this faucet than I care to admit. Three major problems with this faucet. The sprayer hose is soft and too flexible. When retracted the hose kinks at the bottom of the arc and the water is restricted to a trickle. I've moved the weights up and down the hose with no luck. Second issue, the inside diameter of the weights when tightened are too big for the outside diameter for the hose. You will need to install a shim around the hose for the weights to clamp correctly so they don't move. Third issue, The bottom bracket that clamps the faucet to the counter is made from a soft metal. You can't tighten the nut without it deforming the bracket. The bracket won't hold the faucet tight to the counter. This faucet is crap.
