These are great shoes.
I've worn this shoe over 20 years. everyday and I get about 1 year of wear. 1 black pair and a brown. the brown last longer as I don't wear them as often.

I order these shoes 2 times a year for work I got over ten pairs in the past and they will last about 6 months my feet and knees don’t hurt tell the shoes break down I will keep ordering them

Will this be my new walker?
I bought these on sale here on Amazon a bit on a whim as I could use a shoe more oriented for taking walks but I had not done any serious shopping for one yet. These popped up and the price was too good to resist so I took the plunge. So far I like them. They seem to be of a decent quality with a full leather upper and synthetic sole\balance. There is some memory foam cushion on the insole but not so much so as to be too cushy, sloppy or annoying. There is only very moderate arch support so that is a slight let down. I did buy the wide option but I have to say to me they seem to be almost a 2W, not quite but almost. That said I can tolerate a touch too wide more than a touch too tight. I have not done any serious walking in them yet but look forward to seeing how they perform and hold up over time.,\

Disappointed
I bought the shoes for work and that’s about all they are good for. I bought them on sale( thank goodness) as if I would have paid full price disappointment would have rapidly set in, these shoes are pretty poor quality for a Rockport but as I said they are for work as I’m a carpenter and I needed something to wear that looks respectable while working in peoples house’s, hopefully they will last me at least 6 months before I replace them!

Great for flat feet
Hubby is a chef, not a cook, and kitchen manager of a private club. He has flat feet and a back injury. These shoes help him withstand long hours on his feet. Worth the price. Too often diners don't appreciate those who cook their food, or all that they go through in prep work. Much less their food and back pain. If only we could add a gratuity to include them as well as the wait staff.

Best Shoe Ever Made
I've have had my Rockport oxfords for exactly 2years and they will likely last me another two! . I wear them every day in all weather conditions. I have never had such a durable, long lasting, comfortable shoe! Before the Rockport, my shoes wouldn't even last a year. The Rockport shoe just will not wear out even in under the harshest conditions. Now that is what I call a Good shoe!

Excellent pair
These are my work shoes and my second pair, I bought a pair back in 2017 and was using them every day for at least 10 hours walking constantly. They are comfortable and my feet feel much better after a day of working in these that runners or sneakers. I bought these in June of 2021 and I am still using them today and they are just as comfortable as they were a week after I bought them. You will need to break them in more then likely but once they are broken in, great feel. The only reason I bought a new pair was because the old ones had been used so much the sole had actually worn through. That'll happen after about 15000 hours of use.

Lucky to find a sale
I've been wearing Rockport for years but they discontinued my style. Found this on sale for about 1/2 price and they are excellent. Possibly even more comfortable than my old favorite. Came back on to buy more but they are normal price. Watch for sales, some great deals.

Comfortable and well made
The fit and feel is excellent. Sizing was probably half a size too large - but maybe that's why they feel like they're already broken in. Shoelaces on these seem strong. They've kept my feed dry in moderate Vancouver rain.
