The flag (or right angle) type terminal is frequently used on hermetic compressors leads in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Industry, after more than thirty years as a technician, my hope of purchasing a sutiable tool, at a reasonable price,for this type terminal lingers. The Pro's Kit "Pro-Crimper CP-371" 1. Cumbersome to load terminal in crimping nest in a flat position. 2. Crimping tool will distort terminal so that it must be corrected before connecting to source. 3. Some Brands of Flag Terminal (Vaco)the wire will easily pull away after crimping. 4. The finished crimp does not look prefessional. The Pro's Kit Pro-Crimper # 902-159 does not perform as expected in present design, Would like to return for refund. Thanks

I'm very pleased with the ease of use and the crimp pattern

I've done a lot of research regarding a tool that will crimp a flag terminal correctly with ease. This is it! I'm very pleased with the ease of use and the crimp pattern. You can't go wrong with this one. There are also a variety of dies that are available as well.

This tool looks good but really do not know what type of flag terminal works. The quality is good but unfortunately we have to use paperweight, since not which terminal to use. The information provided by this tool is very vague. I regret having bought it, I'm outside the US and I can not return.

Does not work.

I tried a variety of different terminals on this and had no success with any of them. half the time it breaks or flattens the terminal. When it does crimp, it distorts the terminal. The smaller size will only crimp left hand terminals.
