OPIS PROIZVODA Ovaj sklop valjkastih džepnih vrata Prime-Line N 7065 izrađen je od čeličnog nosača i kugličnih ležajeva s plastičnim gumama. Središnji razmak rupa nosača iznosi 1-7/8 inča i ima 2 paralelna kotača koji su razmaknuti na 3/4 inča u sredini. Kotači su izrađeni od izdržljive plastike koja osigurava gladak, dugotrajan, tih rad, a imaju konveksne (okrugle) rubove promjera 13/16 inča. Ovi podesivi sklopovi valjaka postavljaju se na vrh džepnih vrata, a koriste ih Kenna-frame, Crawford, Press-Rite Doors i mnogi drugi proizvođači džepnih vrata. Ovi sklopovi valjaka imaju maksimalnu sigurnu nosivost od 100 funti. Ovaj sklop valjka stane u tračnicu širine 1 inča (unutarnja dimenzija, od zida do zida). Good product for an awful repair

Perhaps one of the most annoying home repairs. Pocket doors save a lot of space, but they are prone to breaking and it’s a pain to repair them. I had to repair two doors, and originally went to Lowe’s for the parts. For the first door, the parts I purchased were factory damaged and had to be exchanged, so I’m wondering how long they will last until they need to be replaced again? For the second door, I found that Amazon was selling the part for $10 less, so I bought the parts for that repair here.

Couldn't Make them Fit

Even though they measured the same as the 30 year old ones, I could not make them fit the track of the pocket door that's been broken for 2 years now. I have no idea, honestly. I tried every size available on Amazon and finally went with a shower door slide that's visible from the outside (screws on the side of the wood door. ) It's now functional, but not using these. Maybe it's just me, but I'm pretty handy around the house.

Pocket door rollers

The width of the roller wheels were 1MM too big. Looks like the axle was not press hard enough. That 1MM really makes a difference in a smooth rolling pocket door and the install. I made it work with much difficulty. The door rolls on the track ok but is not as smooth as my other pocket doors.

Exact match for my old rollers but thicker wheels

I tried to replace old pocket door rollers that are an exact match in size and appearance to this model but the wheels on this model have slightly bigger diameter and would not fit inside my pocket door track. They have slightly thicker wheels. My old one had broken that white plastic piece in the center of the roller. Since it’s the same as the new one, I detached the wheels from the plastic part and installed my old wheels on the new white center part and re-installed the rollers. It works so far.

Nylon Guide broke on first traverse after I installed the roller

Ordered 2 of these rollers. They were the only ones I could find that fit my track. Installed both. After one traverse open and closed the nylon guide broke in half. I was able to use one of my old rollers and requested a replacement. If you have a choice to go to a more robust roller do it. If you are like me and need this size to fit your track good luck. Suggest you lube the nylon before you install it. Likely won't prevent breaking but it will allow them to traverse easier. Also need to add that Amazon replaced the defective part quickly and easily.

Don't buy

Didn't fit, also poor quality and way over-priced, I thought i was getting a pair of rollers, but there's only one. Don't waste your money.
