Open on both ends.

Every photo or drawing of this product I have seen does not show that it is open at both ends. Seems that would be important to know. The box is heavy duty and comes with a cable gland on one end (pendant version). Be sure to buy a blank end if only planning to use one side. Here is a useful photo, not like the stock pics that for some reason conceal the second opening. I used this to hold a couple of push buttons for a crane control pendant,and the box is pretty tight inside.

Great, box to make stage stringers that are legal, unlike the metal quad boxes which are not. The 1E box has a smaller gland than the 2E box. This box will take maximum of 12-3 SOOW or SEOOW size cable. A bit pricy, but no problems passing AHJ scrutiny.

Amazon had it in Stock and cheaper than Granger by 60 bucks

Only place I was able to get it that had it in Stock and didn't have to wait three to six weeks from the factory. Had it in 2 days with prime 2 day shipping

Description is wrong

This is the 1E\1Y model, the gland goes to only 0.230" - 0.546" The not-on-this-page 2E\2Y model is the same exact thing but with a gland that goes to 0.590" - 1.000" Yet the top description on this page states 0.230" - 1.000" This is WRONG!!! Also better pictures as this is a Double sided unit.... would be good
