These are amazing!
I have spent countless dollars on inserts over the years. I purchased these to go into some ankle boots that have a 3” wedge heel — which put too much pressure towards the balls of my feet. I tried other heel/arch supports that helped overall foot fatigue, but did nothing for pressure. These inserts are unassuming at first, but they fit well into my boots and they definitely take the pressure off the ball of the foot! I’m impressed! I’ll be purchasing more! I wear a 7.5 in almost all street shoes and the 6.5-7.5 size fit well.

power step insoles
i have tried orthotics from a doctor and they all went into the trash. they were so hard and uncomfortable my new doctor said just to get the power step orthotics on amazon. so i did and am very happy with them they even fit in my ballet shoes that is wear 99% of the time will order again if needed

Really helped
My Foot Doctor recommended these for my feet after a year of increasing pain. Looks like my arches were falling and arthritis was settling in my feet. From the minute I put them in my shoes my feet felt better. Got second pair on Amazon. (The Dr. Sold them for $20. More). I will be getting another pair for different shoes. They fit perfectly in all my shoes, too. Not too bulky as some others are. What a relief!

Comfortable, but make my shoes too tight
I was so excited to use these and when I tested them on my feet, they were incredibly comfortable! However, in all of my dress shoes, they caused too much crowding, and my foot got crushed near the top of the shoe, which made it very uncomfortable. I would still like to try these because I need the arch support in dress shoes, so does anybody have any tips for how to make them work? Maybe I need shoes that are a size up, but I don’t want to go out and buy all new dress shoes.

Not super supportive, but fits in low profile shoes
I needed orthotics to improve the fit and support of dance shoes. Both a pro and a con: The very thin format of these allows a fit in low profile shoes that do not have removable soles. They are flimsy compared to most orthotics, so the benefit of support is almost negligible. Overall, these can provide a slight improvement in support for shoes that cannot accommodate higher quality orthotics. At a price range in the $30s, the price is excessive given how limited the support is.

Great insoles for high heels!
These are the best insoles for high heels that I have come across so far. The materials seems a little cheap (the foam seems like it might wear down) but they are really on to something with the shape. Hopefully I won’t need to replace them anytime soon!

Small in the heel, but otherwise good
My shoe size is 7.5. So far, I've worn this for a whole day. So far, it gives good arch support. Fits well into a heeled shoe. Almost all of the insole is comfortable. Almost. 2 things to note: 1) I am at the high end of the size range for the insole I got. I got the one that's for 6.5-7.5 shoe size. I'm 7.5. 2) Everyone's feet are different. Where everything fits well and in a comfortable position for the arch, it leaves the tiniest, maybe less than a quarter inch short in the heel. Because these insoles are hard insoles, it's just enough to notice that the edge is (only just) under my heel, right where my heel curves. If I push the insole back, it just slides that much forward again so to fit well into the arch (because if all the way back, it doesn't sit in my arch well). So, overall, it's a good arch. There are a lot of people who will probably not have this issue that I do. This isn't going to be right for everyone, though.
