Not much help

This is one of those items that you cannot buy online, at least without 1st trying it on in person. The one I bought was too small and would only have been useful for a specific set of circumstances. This may be a case of self-medication that is wrong; the knee is our most fragile joint, given the stresses it is under; to put so much force onto it, such as these bandages, without doctor supervision, may be a mistake.

Works Great

I ordered this for my sister and she uses it daily! She couldn't find a good X-large size in any of the stores so I ordered this and it met her need. It has held up well and is machine washable. It arrived on time and at a great price.

Too tight and not exchangeable

I am very disappointed in the product. I measured my knee according to guide and ordered accordingly. The elastic was stated as light weight, but it is very restrictive. When tried on, I could barely pull it over my knee causing restricted blood flow and extreme discomfort. Furthermore when trying to return, even exchange, the seller informed me it is not exchangeable or refundable. I wanted a white one to go under certain pants and skirts. I have others purchased through Amazon that are good, but longer and do not work under skirts or cropped pants. I specifically ordered this as it was white. Be careful not to waste your money. Unless you knees are bones, I would we wary.

Too large and no returns

I measured my knee as recommended and ordered the correct size. It is too large and they won't take returns even though it is spotless and I only tried it on for a few seconds. Not worth the money.

Does not fit properly, would like to return it to you at no cost to me !

The item does not fit properly. It is loose on the knee, and too tight on the calf and the thigh. I would like to return it to you, but you are asking me to return it at my expense. It will cost me $18 to mail it to you, when the item cost me $21 ....this does not make sense. No where it was written on the order that if it does not fit, I can return it at my expense. Therefore, please send me a label that will allow me to return it to you for a full refund at no cost to me. Thank you kindly !

STIFF As a rock

I can't believe this device that was sent. As others have stated quality has gone done hill bigtime This support is like some one starched it to death One end sort of fits my knee the other is to loose. Can not believe this was made in CANADA most likely by our stupid PM!
