Amazing !!!!!
So i bought this to try on my skin. I’m over 50 and live in the desert so dryness is a constant issue. I also have super sensitive skin so I’m always concerned about products on my face. I tried this and nearly immediately noticed a big difference in my skin tone and fine lines went away. I have read things to not use this on your face but it has been great for me. Again. I have super sensitive skin and break out from the slightest thing. So far a few weeks into using I have not suffered from any breakouts. It does smell a bit odd but that fades. And it is something that needs to be warmed up in your hands before applying. I don’t feel it is greasy but slightly sticky at first. It absorbs very well.

Smell ok
Got this for my eczema, a little goes lot. My hands dry up quicker than my Aquaphor (Maximum Strength) itch relief ointment. I wasn't itching my hands during my sleep like the other Eczema ointments. I put it on my dogs paws too and dry up quick and doesn't leave cream marks on my floor. It's better than the actual balm that my dogs had and didn't irritate them. The smell is shea butter for a second, than plain cream. Also, looks hard, but it easily comes off once touch for application.

It works
So first of all, the people who are complaining about the smell, pure shea butter never smelled great to begin with, the lotions with shea butter have perfumes that make it smell good. That being said it’s great on dry skin but didn’t resolve my issue, I’m now looking into what minerals I’m missing out on to help me more, but also shea butter to make hair soft is amazing.

Can't use right out of the jar, but...
This wasn't at all what I expected. When I opened the jar, which is very large, the shea butter was very hard, not at all scoopable. So I spooned 1/3 of it out, dumped it into a small pot and warmed it up until it melted. Then I added generous amounts of several of my other favorite lotions, stirred it all together and let it cool. Once cool, I mixed it again because the butter separated to a layer on top. Once everything was well-combined, I scooped it into an empty jar. Now it's perfect! And it has elements from all favorite moisturisors.

Good product. Good price.
I have very dry skin. Eczema and psoriasis. The rx from the Dr did not even help as well as this natural product. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because it has turned my nails yellow. You know what, I'm not itching my skin off so I really don't care what my nails look like.

No stretch marks
Purchased as a gift for my daughter during pregnancy. She used it a few times a day and didn’t develop any stomach stretch marks. Amazing to me because skin elasticity is not good in our family. Continuing to use to soften skin.

The smell is very nutty
Personally I love the smell ! A lot of people say it stinks but I love it and if you layer if with your favorite scented lotion and/or perfume then it’ll smell amazing!! Also so moisturizing and since it’s yellow it’s gives you an extra glow

obviously it wreaks of natural shea butter, what do you expect! id be mad if they put fragrance in it i didnt want or need, or processed it into nothing, but this stuff melts down & you can use it to dilute NOW pure therapudic grade essential oils, is a 0 on the comedogenic scale so no break outs for the most sensitive of the sensitive. i use this in my unscented soap. dont get the organic it wont melt & beads up, this is the only good one at an honest price. no fragrance to give me hives, just pure natural shea butter. will repeat????

Producto engañoso! No es pura la manteca de Karite!!!
He usado shea Butter pura y sin refinar por al menos 10 años y está es la primera vez que compro esta marca, no volverá a suceder. Siempre la mezclo con algún aceite de calidad (extra virgen) para que quede un poco más blandita y usarla sin tener que esperar que se ablande o ponerla en baño María... Y la de otras marcas se integra bien y queda igual que la manteca de Karite, sólida y color marfil, bien integrada... Y con esta el aceite se separa y la manteca queda grumosa, no se integran, al ser dos grasas no debiera haber problema. Aunque la etiqueta dice que es pura, los hechos muestran que no! Definitivamente NO volveré a comprar esta marca. Volveré a life-flo, que es más cara, pero la diferencia es mucha!
