Great value versus new glasses

This is the second time I have ordered replacement lenses for my Oakley Radar lock sunglasses. Considering that new similar Oakley sunglasses are retailing for over $300 this was a great option.

The delivery was pretty fast and the pecking of the parcel was perfect. I am fully satisfied with the quality of the sunglass lens received.

Deep Water Prizm

Love my Oakley deep water prizm lenses! They cut out the glare of the water, and don't strain my eyes one bit after wearing them the entire day out on the water fishing. I mainly fish in lakes, but ended up with the deep water prizm's instead because 90% of the time I'm fishing blue bird skies, and bright sunny conditions, so the darker lens is what I wanted more. Might purchase the shallow water prizm for late fall, spring time fishing though when there's more overcast days.

NOT GENUINE - Don't but at Oakley prices

These are fake, they don't seem to be genuine oakley prizm. I have genuine (store bought) Oakley Holbrooks with Deep Water Polarized Prizm (so a different frame but the same lens as this one claims to be), and the way things look when wearing them is very different between the two. The colors of things when looking through the genuine Holbrooks seem to pop (especially greens and reds), whereas with this Radarlock replacement things look like they do with any drugstore bought generic lens. Also the tinting is different (the original has a more reddish tinting), and the mirror finish on the outside is different as well (the originals are a much stronger blue on the outside). Another thing that seemed off, is that the packaging looked genuine Oakley, but the only thing that said they were prizm deep water polarized was a sticker on the outside, and the printing quality of the sticker was not good (colors not aligned etc.). The packaging wasn't sealed, so the seller could easily have taken used packaging from originals and replaced with a generic Radarlock compatible lens. They fit the Radarlock frame and are actually polarized (though I don't know if they actually filter UV rays as well as originals), but they are definitely not Oakley Prizm. Unfortunately I threw out the packaging before comparing so cannot return by now, but hoping I save someone else the wasted money.

Perfect fit!

Had to read up a little and do some research to see if this pair pf lenses can fit my oakley radarlock. Short answer, yes and the quality is sublime. I got the standard black, non polarised and it cuts out the glare very nicely. Overall, i am really happy with the purchase and would do so again when the need arises.

Funzionano

Li uso per la MTB. Sono ottimi soprattutto in giornate variabili e se si deve rientrare tardi. Tuttavia, se il tempo è bello e devo attraversare zone alberate preferisco usare la lente Prizm Trail, In pianura e con tempo molto assolato preferisco una lente più filtrante (ho una Ice Iridium).
