LOVE. This fork is forking awesome!

My son’s still working on using spoons, but was suddenly fascinated with forks. I wanted something that was going to help us get food on the fork without being too “stabby”. This is perfect. It’s like a square of plastic prongs with an additional middle prong. Sometimes the food is just smooshed between the middle and outside prongs and not actually piercing food. Other times it’s piercing food like a real fork. It’s enabled self-feeding and makes my kid very happy. THIS IS HIS FAVORITE UTENSIL! We’ve never once used the spoon (he prefers the NumNum pre-spoon or BazzleBaby spoon) but having the fork makes the purchase totally worth it. They’re a pain to clean but I’d buy more if I could get just the fork.* *To clean, we use a tiny straw brush or the little brushes that came with the Dr. Brown bottles. The metal loop end works great for getting any food lodged out of the prongs.

Best First Fork

The fork is the star of this utensil duo. There are lots of baby spoons on the market and this one does fine (although we prefer the ezpz tiny spoon and the gootensil), but baby forks are harder to find. We’ve tried this one and the grabeez one and this one is great. The shape of the handle is not too big like many toddler forks and is similar to her spoons. She does well using the fork for rice and eggs, especially; the rice is harder to scoop up without the fork and she doesn’t like touching the egg texture. The fork is a little hard to clean, we use the detail minibrush from our bottle brush set. I wish you could buy just the fork.

Perfect transitional fork

I bought this silverware pack just for the fork, it is absolutely the best transitional fork I have come across and I own 3. I would recommend this pack to anyone who has an infant who is learning to self feed.

Great for befginers

This fork was amazing for my daughter when she started practicing using utensils! It actually picks up the food without having to chase it! The only con was that the fork sometimes got jammed with food and was hard to clean. But def worth it if you have an impatient baby like mine was!

Great purchase for BLW babies

These are great training utensils!!! My son is 13m BLW and started showing interest in utensils about 11m and this fork is the best one we’ve purchased for him! He can actually use it!

Great first fork!

The spoon was ok, nothing too exciting… but the fork! We love the fork. I can help my little one by putting things that wouldn’t hold on a spoon on his little fork and he can still feed it to himself. Things like bow tie pasta, Mac cheese are great for the fork, it stays on but is nice and soft for me to not worry about him stabbing himself and hurting himself with something pointy. The only downfall I can think of is that sometimes food does get wedged in there so be mindful when cleaning. I have a scrubber I use to make sure all the little food remnants are gone. Overall, we love the set, specially the form. I only wish it had the stopper piece so he doesn’t shove it all the way to the back of his throat. The spoon has it, so maybe next time they’ll give it to the fork as well. Totally recommend for little ones to encourage independence and coordination.

I love these for my baby toddler! He has sensory issues and I can’t get him to use a regular spoon and fork, these are helping him learn!

Me gustaron porque sostienen la papilla aunque el bebé tome el cubierto y juegue con el. Con el tenedor puedo darle trozos de fruta y el va sacando poco a poco pedazos pequeños que puede romper con su encía.

A mi bebé le gustaron mucho y cada vez lo veo que aprende a utilizarlos mejor, son muy prácticos para cuando empiezan a comer sólidos y el tenedor es lo maximo. Puede agarrar la comida perfectamente.

Not baby's fave

These utensils seem great in theory, but I think they are just too hard for my baby who started out using silicone spoons. I'm hoping we'll get more use of of them when she's a bit older
