Everything You'd Want From a Mortar and Pestle

A wonderful throwback to an era predating electricity: A simple stone bowl and grinding tool. No Owners Manual necessary. It is not only useful and versatile, but doubles as a classy decoration. And, its small size means it doesn't take up much counter space.

Does What it's Designed to Do

The mortar pestle is easy to clean and it grinds well. It's fairly versatile. I can't say how durable it will be because it's new but, so far, it does what I bought it to do.

Perfect!

This is exactly what I was looking for. At first when I opened it, there were ridges on the bottom and I was disappointed. I need this for crushing medication for my son. It made the medication more powdered which made it easier for my son to swallow. So the ridges ended up being a good thing. I just use a stiff paint brush to remove all the meds from the ridges. Great deal for the quality too!

The pestel arrived quickley and no damage with shipping. Is good quality/workmanship. The picture does not represent the size therefore, this pestle was much larger than I thought it would be. I was looking for one much smaller than this. I perhaps can use it for another purpose or larger quantities to crush. Suggestion: mention a size or volume it will hold: tsp, tbs, oz, cups, ect. Thank you

My sister husband love it

My sister husband was looking for this mortar and he could find, I am happy becase I gave it for christamas and him recibed it very quick and in perfect condition, the price was cheap and the service excelent. Amazon is the best option for me because I am from California and my sister is living in Chicago. Thak you very much.
