Used on Blundstones

Used this to even out the color of my black Blundstones. They were starting to look a little greenish-gray rather than black from use. Product made them a blacker black.

Great for suede

I always spray my suede boots prior to each winter. My boots were dark so I didn’t notice any color changes. Kept them water and stain resistant all winter.

Suede leather protection

Provides some rain protection on suede jackets, boots & shoes but does darken color & can be uneven with darkness

Good product, easy to use, works well if you follow the directions.

Worked great

I used this on suede new Balance walking shoes, works great, water beads up nicely, holds for quite a while. The huge up side for me is that the product doesn’t seem to be very toxic smelling what so ever and it’s also very effective.

Uncomfortable hand pump, NOT aerosol

I expected this to be aerosol like other waterproofing solutions I've used. (That's my fault for not reading closer.) I was surprised it has a manual hand pump, which quickly becomes uncomfortable and exhausting when trying to saturate an object one small spritz at a time. It also made application of a smooth consistent coat challenging and time consuming, which left me [avoiding] breathing the fumes in longer in the cold winter air. It does appear to protect well from moisture. I won't purchase again and don't recommend because of the difficulty of application though.

pretty good

if you have Uggs or even bear paws and do not want to spend a million dollars are protective stray this is a cheaper alternative. just be aware the bottle is small and depending on the color of the show you have it can make it darker just make sure to apply even coats

Scary instructions, but turned out just fine.

It felt very counter-productive to dampen them prior to waterproofing them. It was very scary to see the color change, but they dried just fine and back to the original color! First pic of original gray and sprayed boot for reference. Second picture of them mostly dry. I also did my Buckleys, but wasn't concerned about color change since they're black. I can't comment on how well protected they are yet, because I haven't worn them out yet.

This stuff does what it says. As long as you do what it says and follow the instructions. Really impressed. Made my leaky boots waterproof. Good gear.

Size of can in ml !

This product works very well. However, on opening the package I was surprised how small the the container was considering the cost ! In fact it was only 150ml. In the photo, it gave the impression of being a much larger can and I couldnt see in the product information the size in ml's. So be aware! RP

Easy and effective

Very easy to apply. Dried fast. It darkened at first, but after a bit the boots returned to their lighter colour. Water resistance is excellent... but you really have to squeeze it hard into any stitching to work well.

Easy to Use

Have used other Nikwax products and they have all been good. Will have to see how waterproof my nubuck walking boots remain having used this new to me product.

Protect without discolouration
