No bottoms - Just the tankini top!

First of all, this is a really cute tankini top. But I was shocked when it arrived to find that although it was labled as "Nautica Women's High Neck Double Cross Back Tankini Top Swimsuit" with photos of a model in both the tankini top and solid bottoms, I received only the top. So I checked back on the website today and noticed that the price had drastically increased - I paid $29 a week ago and received only the top, and now this is selling for $60+, so I don't know if bottoms come with this now and I just timed it when there were tops only or not? Regarding the product itself - It is very cute but runs small. I am a small-chested, 5'9", 136 pound, fairly fit person. My sizing was in between the size charts and I would have ordered a medium but it was sold out so I sized up in order to get this in time for a beach visit and am glad I did. Also of note - The stripe pattern on the sides doesn't align, but that really doesn't bother me because I like it overall. My only concern is whether the multiple adjustment sliders on the back of the straps will be aggravating when leaning against a beach chair? To be determined - Definitely worth what I paid for it but I wouldn't spend $60+ for this, especially if it is for the tankini top only.
