Provides great neck support when reading in bed
When reading or playing a game on my tablet while in bed, I needed better neck support than my pillows could provide. After my old travel pillow fell apart, I found this product which has proved to be a great replacement. It seems well constructed, soft — and the right firmness for my needs. Though I haven't needed to wash the cover yet, there is a placket-covered zipper on the top for easy removal. There is also a snap-closure at the bottom; helpful for securing the pillow on a luggage handle or backpack when mobile. I like that the seller has a US company presence, something we don't always find in these days of imports from offshore companies.

Does the job
Bought two different kinds of these, this one is decent, not as nice as the silk one I bought though. I suppose if I had only bought this one and had nothing to compare it to, it may have rated higher. Of course the other was a little more money, so value with this one is fine, it is acceptable. However, I wouldn’t say it’s the World’s best as advertised.

My physical therapist would be proud of this purchase. It keeps my neck in proper alignment and it is so soft and comfy!
Aloha! I recently used this pillow on a long airplane ride from Honolulu to Los Angeles. Full disclosure: I am a cheapskate. So I always purchase cheap tickets. For me, that means a difficult time sleeping in economy seats. I usually bring an inflatable pillow, but that is no help at all. I cannot remember a single time an inflatable pillow helped me to sleep. This time, however, was different. This microfiber pillow was such a lifesaver. The cover is velvety smooth, which feels very good on the neck. When I ordered this product, I assumed that it was made from memory foam. That was my fault for not reading the description. I was almost disappointed but then I tried it for an hour on my old couch. Although it is quite firm, it's not unpleasant. It has just the right amount of firmness. It cradles and conforms to my neck and shoulders. I feel like it's keeping my neck in proper alignment. I also like that the entire pillow is machine washable. There is, however, a zipper in the back in case I just want to yank off the cover and wash it separately. I'm probably just going to do that. There is one important thing to keep in mind when traveling with this pillow: it is not inflatable so you cannot deflate it, fold it flat and place it in your pocket. This thing takes up more than half of the space in my carry-on backpack. (I suppose I could just carry it onto the plane in a little tote bag. That way, I could stuff my backpack with more travel essentials like my Tush Cush, which I sit on to protect my aching coccyx. But that is an entirely different issue!) There is one more thing I should mention. According to the company, the pillow is made of recycled materials such as plastic water bottles. Even the paper packaging for this product comes from recycled material. That is a pleasant surprise. Bottom line: it is a soft and comfy travel pillow that I would buy again.

It’s a great support for back of neck.
Still too hard for what I need. Using it backwards to support under the chin. I do a lot of crochet, quilting and cross stitch so I use it to support my neck while looking down. Otherwise it’s fine. It will go in the car for napping on long road trips.

My Husband Loves it
My husband asked for a neck pillow that was not inflatable. He uses it, not for travel, but when he takes an after lunch snooze in his truck at work. He was very tickled that it was in his favorite color, blue. I was very happy that the whole thing can be thrown in the washer!
