2 years later & still perfect!

We’ve been using this bath mat for about two years now and it is still in great condition. Stays clean, doesn’t get the slimy residue build up other mats have in the past, easy to clean, great suction. Strong enough to stay down but easy enough to pull up to clean & dry as needed. Appears to be pretty universal in size/fit. We have a slightly smaller than standard bath tub so the suction cups working well helps all around. Great quality product .

The smell…

I actually love the product itself. Great size, great grip, feels very safe for my toddlers. This honestly would have been a perfect product if it didn’t smell so awful - and it doesn’t go away after being washed, scrubbed, etc. Would definitely consider a different product based on that alone.

Soft AND Great Traction

I wanted a bath mat so my small child wouldn’t slip in the tub. I tried another one first but it was still very slick, and hard plastic that left lines on my daughter when she sat on it. I returned it for this bath mat and am SO happy I did! This is exactly what I was looking for. She is safe and happy, playing where I know it’s much harder for her to accidentally slip or not be able to get traction and it’s so soft against her skin. Plus the size of this one is much bigger and more appropriate to cover the majority of our tub floor.

Best bath mat

We had this one a few years ago and didn’t keep it clean so we got a cheaper one after. Ultimately had to come back to this one. Pros: -it stays down - it can be cleaned with a shower sprayer or even in a dishwasher -it makes the bath a lot less slippery Cons: - it does collect water underneath

Could be better

The bath mat is a good size and pretty comfortable feeling, but the suction cups refuse to stay. You have to fill up the bath and then press them down, and even still it’s hit or miss. There was also an AWFUL chemical smell coming from the mat AFTER the first use. I searched my house for 15 minutes smelling something resembling burning wires just to realize it was the bath mat the entire time.

Good size, but make sure you clean it often.

The size is perfect for my toddler as it's long enough to take up most of the tub. But you definitely need to clean under this mat often. If you don't, dirt collects easily underneath in the creases as well as water accumulation which I worry could turn into mould. When I pick up the mat I see the dirt on my tub that collected. I rinse the mat at least once or twice a week and use the suction to hang it on the shower walls so the water drips down. If you can, hang it after every bath to let all the water drip off. It's a good mat if you take the time to keep it clean.

CHEMICAL SMELL!!! BEWARE!

DONT BUY! WASHED MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAS LIVED OUTSIDE FOR 2 WEEKS AND STILL SMELLS BAD!! I had just clicked BUY NOW cuz the reviews were 4.4/5 and it looked very thick and large which would be great for my already crawling, pulling to stand busy baby at 7 months. BUT, I opened the packaging and IT SMELLED SOOOOOO BAD. Words cant describe how awful it was. I took it outside and scrubbed it with all the cleaners I could get my hands on and hosed it down multiple times. Its been outside in the backyard for 2 weeks now with rain and such.. multiple cleans and it still smells as bad as I bought it. I wish I read the reviews as many have reported this. UGH>>>>>>> Wish I hadnt thrown the packaging away... Id return this asap if I could.

Dangerous and terrible smell

I had to replace my child's Boon Griffle bath mat that we had for 2+ years. I went with this one.. which was a terrible idea. It does not stick to the bath, and it smells awful. My child has used it 2x and has slipped twice in the shower. Maybe better for bath time, definitely not showers or standing up. Will be going back to the Boon mat

Mat that actually works for the kids

I really like this bath mat. I've tried a couple and my infant ended up slipping on them both. We've had this one for a while now and he has yet to slip. It stays in place and it's easy to just remove and hang dry. Only downfall is after all this time it still has a slight rubber smell which is kind of gross. I'll put up with it though as it actually does its job.

Awful smell

It had an awful smell. The mat itself was fine and served the purpose, but I had to throw it out. When I opened it, it had a gross smell, so I thought maybe it was from the packaging. I washed it with cleaning products and it still didn’t go away. Could smell it as soon as you walked into the bathroom. After a week I threw it in the garbage, couldn’t deal with the smell any longer!
