Amazing

Follow the directions for proper wear. Wear it loosely when not lifting and before lifting cinch it tight from both sides. I unloaded 38-50# bags of feed with a strained back muscle and this brace kept me pain free.

Good product for the price

I have a herniated disc. The comfort and support is excellent. The only issue I have is that the ice pack does not stay cold very long at all.

Cold pack is poorly made

I am a physical therapist and ordered this brace for post operative spine fusion pain relief. I tried 2 of these braces. Both times the cold pack has ruptured. The brace itself is made well, so if that’s all that is needed, I would recommend it; however, if you are considering this brace for both the support and cold therapy I would try a different product. I’m quite disappointed.

Big and bulky. My husband got very hot in it. It is very heavy duty. Just depends on what your looking for.

Perfect except the cold pack popped after only 2 times using it

I love everything about this brace. It is very comfortable and supportive. I would have given it 5 stars if the cold pack didn’t pop the 2nd time I used it. Only used for cold, never heated it. For the price I would think the cold pack should last longer than 2 times. The cold pack was the reason I bought this brace. Not happy that it didn’t last long. I can use the brace, but really need one that an ice pack can be added to it.

Good support

So I'm really liking this brace. I've used others and I'm on the higher end of the size range so I don't always have the best results with one size fits all. This one with the extra straps keeps it nice and tight. Easy to tighten and adjust once you figure it out. Ic pack is really nice and stayed in the pouch.
