Wrong Faucet in Box

I ordered this faucet TWICE and both times the box was labelled "Glyde" but contained the "Gibson" faucet, which is a less expensive, chunkier faucet. I had to return both, because I wasn't going to pay a higher price for a cheaper faucet that I didn't want. This delayed our renovations and I finally had to buy another faucet locally so our contractor could finish the job. If you want the "Glyde" faucet, save yourself the time and frustration and order from somewhere else.
